आप के इस session तो जादू हो गया,...... 1 दिन अचानक मेरे right जांघ मे अकड आ गई, जिससे मेरे पैर मे इतना दर्द उठणे लगा जिससे मुझे नॉर्मल चल पाना भी मुश्किल हो गाया. इससे मुझे मेरी मम्मी की याद जिससे. वो बोहोत साल से जुझ रही थी. ये देख के, मुझे भी ऐसा लगा की, मे भी अभी कभी ठीक से चल नहीं पाऊंगी. लेकीन उसी वक्त मैने इस बारे मे नेट पर जाणकारी देखणा शुरू किया. ओर तब मुझे आपका यह व्हिडिओ देखा, ओर मेने योगा करना शुरू किया, ओर क्या जादू हो गाया ....🥺🥺 5-6 दीन मे ही मुझे फर्क मेहसुस होने लगा. ......ओर अब मे वापस पेहेले की तरह चल पाने लगी... Yog guruji in mri done in 2017 I diagnosed my l 4 & 5 are compressed. I have numbness sometimes in my left side of leg and arm which is tolerable. I do regular yogic exercise and also take maxnuron pg capsules or pragyaginin the night

Yog guruji in mri done in 2017 I diagnosed my l 4 & 5 are compressed. I have numbness sometimes in my left side of leg and arm which is tolerable. I do regular yogic exercise and also take maxnuron pg capsules or pragyaginin the night
