    I simply grind the dried flowers in my spice mill/dedicated coffee grinder. You can adjust amounts to your taste. But I put a heaping teaspoon of the powder into a quart size jar, fill it with water, and leave it in the fridge overnight. I like the tea better when I don't use boiling water. If the water is warm but not boiled I think it has a fresher taste.

      Some of the simplest ideas are the best. Sounds very easy for one thing. The real big thing here may be that, with as healthy as Hibiscus is, consuming the whole plant would seem to be a power house.

    • @catdaddyfarms
      @catdaddyfarms  8 дней назад

      @@tarupatel7341 It is super high in vitamin c and antioxidants. But this is what google says : Some studies suggest that hibiscus tea may help with weight loss, but more research is needed:
      Studies
      A 2014 study found that overweight participants who took hibiscus extract for 12 weeks had lower body weight, body fat, body mass index, and waist-to-hip ratio. Another study found that hibiscus extract reduced body weight, body fat, and body mass index in overweight and obese people.
      Mechanisms
      Hibiscus tea may help with weight loss by:
      Regulating genes involved in fat digestion
      Boosting metabolism
      Reducing the size of fat cells
      Acting as a diuretic
      Keeping cortisol, the stress hormone, at bay
