I simply grind the dried flowers in my spice mill/dedicated coffee grinder. You can adjust amounts to your taste. But I put a heaping teaspoon of the powder into a quart size jar, fill it with water, and leave it in the fridge overnight. I like the tea better when I don't use boiling water. If the water is warm but not boiled I think it has a fresher taste.
Some of the simplest ideas are the best. Sounds very easy for one thing. The real big thing here may be that, with as healthy as Hibiscus is, consuming the whole plant would seem to be a power house.

Do you have to first keep it in a refrigerator for two weeks or you can take it instantly?
You can drink it instantly it is ready it will just be warm. I refrigerate it for up to 2 weeks, without issue.
