I just had to come back here and give my testimony. I was hospitalized Thursday with a stroke level 4 BP of 248/156. They pumped me full of medicine that had me feeling like death. They diagnosed me with low potassium. I got out Sunday and BP was still high even going back up into the 200's never dropping below 185 on the BP medicine. After drinking the hibiscus tea and eating potassium rich food I am down to 139/92 in ONE DAY!!! UNBELIEVABLE!! It's still high but coming from stroke level 4 I am seeing results and I'm done with the medicine! So excited! Thank You Lord and thank you Dr. Berg!

Dr. Berg. I just want to say that I listened, you delivered and you saved me. Normally, when I go to the doctor my BP is usually like 122/80. My last appointment was July 27th. I am recovering from surgery so at the time I was still on meds, having pain etc. My BP was 179/110, which is very unusual for me. I ate blueberries 🫐 drank hibiscus 🌺 tea in the evening and only water. Today when I went to my appointment, my pressure went down to 122/70!!! I am so grateful 🙏🏽 for you giving us the info that's gonna save our lives. I even lost 6 lbs. I wish you could be my doctor. I let it checked out and indeed I have short of potasium. So I supplement potasium, you know what? I feel much better and I have a normal blood pressure. If you aren't eating a high sodium diet, also look into celery smoothies or celery juice. It really helps with blood pressure. However, peoole who already have a high sodium diet dont benefit as much or notice a difference due to the natural sodium present in celery. I do celery, fresh ginger, and beet root powder smoothies. Those 3 are a powerhouse for blood pressure control too.

After 15 years of taking high blood pressure medication I found a natural remedy that I use and I no longer have high blood pressure at all! For a year now, my blood pressure has been normal WITH BEET JUICE! Of course, important segments are normal exercises (walking), reduce salt, fat, alcohol, coffee, reduce but do not eliminate, but the holy medicine for high blood pressure is beet juice! Also, beetroot juice must be drunk in moderation, because if you drink, say, an entire glass your blood pressure can drop below normal! So, who has high blood pressure, half a cup of beet juice before noon and half a cup after noon! And you don't need that therapy every day, just sometimes! I now drink one cup a week, sometimes two!

My family in Haiti drank hibiscus tea all the time- we would make it naturally, just putting 2-3 of the beautiful blooms in boiling water. The water turns a deep purple / black and when you squeeze a bit of lime juice into it, it takes on that gorgeous deep red hue. I didn’t know that it was so effective for BP control. I will use it again! Thank you, Dr. Berg!

I’ve done healthy keto with intermittent fasting, only having lunch and dinner for the last 2 years. I’m 6’2’’ and weigh 88kg. I run about 20-25km /week, cycle and go to the gym twice a week. I take Omega 3, turmeric, magnesium, potassium, zinc and vit D3+K2 daily. My blood pressure is 145/66 so I have no idea what else I can do to lower it. I eat a lot of salad with my lunches every day.

Dr Berg is amazing! I honestly feel like he genuinely cares about our health. I started probiotics because of him. He mentioned in another video that probiotics is needed when you consume too much antibiotics. I found that out the hard way. My dentist and my gyn continuously prescribed me antibiotics for 3 consecutive months. I kept complaining about the high amounts of antibiotics not working. But they said I needed them to rid the bacterial infections. However, after taking the probiotics for a month or so, the bad bactetial was gone and my good bacteria was back. My female gyn didn't even think to tell me to take proobiotics while on antibiotics, smh!!! In any case, I am definitely going to try this tea to see how it works for my blood pressure and cholesterol levels. Thanks Dr Berg!

I started following Dr. Berg last year and have followed and implemented his medical advice that pertained to me ever since and I have to say, again, that it all worked!!
It’s funny, whenever I need advice I’ll type the issue I’m dealing with whether diet related, female (fibroid) issues, etc. then his name and start viewing his videos on said topic before I call my actual doctor first! 😁
By the way, you’re wearing the beard very well, Dr. Berg! Looks great on you. 👌🏾
