Boil water put some dry hibiscus flowers in let steep for while then use a strainer strain the boiled water with the hibiscus and pour you a cup of tea drink warm or can ice it squeeze little lemon and add honey while warm or sugar to taste in it if you like . Enjoy ! Good for blood pressure and sleep

Don't eat a lot of food❤ eat vegetables and fruits ❤ drink a vitamin drinks everything in that you need.❤ don't eat anything after 5.00. Eat more greens ❤ it works great. And will have lovely blood pressure ❤ don't eat junk food ❤ there are many sanks that are healthy for you. All this really works. Because I had high blood pressure but not any more. A I walk 🚶♂️ ❤️ ♥️ ✨️ and only eat half on your plate ❤ I only eat one good healthy meal aday❤ then I drink my vitamin drink before I go to bed❤ if I am hungry during the day I eat fruit or vegetables for a sank❤ I really feel very healthy it's great

If you get a cold or sore throat, finely chopped raw garlic, raw ginger root, lemon juice, small amount of honey mixed into 1/4 to 1/3 cup hot water will help. Sip it slowly.
Passion fruit, either the fruit itself or juice, is excelent for lowering blood pressure.
I reccomend it.

Garlic really does work
Garlic works but not with everybody my father takes two garlic flakes at breakfast everyday for past many years his age is 80 it works fine for him my mother started taking within three to four days she started hot inflammation like sensation all over her body her age is 78 start taking one flake for some days see if suits you there on continue
Celery is supposed to work also. Just boil in water and drink like tea.
Hiccups are also treated by taking a deep breath and holding it as long as possible (plug your nose as well). If it doesn't work the first time, exhale and repeat the whole action. Sometimes needs 3 or 4 tries.
I do that too! It does work!
Cut or crushed garlic needs to sit exposed to the air for 5-10 minutes to get the most allicin production. Putting it in the water right away limits the allicin.

You can also just eat raw garlic. I like to mince it or slice it thin and put on my food. I buy crystalized beet root, a tablespoon in water a day. It’s easy and has no earthy taste which bothers some. Also hibiscus tea & Hawthorn Berry tea.

Celery is very high in sodium..not good..

@@deecee3320 Ok,i will try it,,,the raw garlic works,but i prefer a glass or two of Pinot Noir,they say it also brings down your pressure and you also feel much better.
@@neilcharles2520 2 cups on an empty stomach... only celery juice, don't add to it, decreases effectiveness...measure your bp about 3 to 5hrs after....mine decreased from 172/93 to an average of 126/72.

ACV before you eat a higher that normal carb meal will def lower the insulin resistance as well.
txs doc been doing this stuff enough to drop my meds in 5 years
I boil beets, strain the water and chill the beets for salad mostly for my husband as I am diabetic. I ferment the beet water with acv for about 72 hours. I keep a batch in the fridge and make my evening drink with aromatic bitters and more Acv. Add a little bit of stevia for a sweeter taste . If you want to add more flavors you can use rose essence. Now I will make it regular to see if it helps my BP. My Bp stays high in spite of a low carb diet.

Hello! Even though I do not have hypertension, I eat raw beet roots by itself or make juice out of it with half an apple. Also, I grill the fresh garlic and eat with lettuce or sesame leaves with meat (korean style). Thank you.

I clicked on the link you provided for the Liquid Beets powder mix and it took me to Amazon but the product was in "capsule" form and not the powdered form as in your video. Great video! Many thanks for sharing. Sadly I cannot do the beetroot biohack as I am a kidney stone former. Beetroot juice/powder, Spinach, Almonds, and Rutabaga are off limits for me as they are too high in oxylates and promote formation of calcium oxylate kidney stones in kidney stone formers.
These drinks work for me , too:
Cucumber and lemon juice
1/2 whole grapefruit & 1/2 whole cucumber
Acv, lemon J and 1 tsp evoo
Fasting for more than 12 hours
Moringa and hibiscus tea
Seamoss and lemon tea, warm
Coconut water and lemon juice (Mmm)

From my experience with 32 years of taking BP meds I only drink beet juice is my 3 week now with beet juice only it's doing wonders I will never go back to BP meds for 32 years I was a slave of BP meds never again till I die my BP stays normal with beet juice and feel healthy in my 67years I feel as if I'm 50years

Garlic, beet root juice or capsules, hibiscus & Hawthorne tea, pomegranate juice, vitamin D3&K2, nitrous oxide, magnesium, lemon juice , apple cider vinegar, flax seed, tumeric, Cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and omega 3 (fish oil). These are the things I can think of off top of my head. Hope this helps!
Oh also try to increase your potassium intake and decrease sodium. You want ratio of potassium to sodium 2:1 ...so twice as much potassium. If you're on any meds, please research and speak with a Dr first as some of these things can interact!
Another big one that helps is nattokinase!

Eating a slice or two of an apple 🍎 can help immediately with acid reflux, as can sipping ACV in water..
For a while I ate a lot of beetroots to lower my blood pressure. It worked! However instead my GP, after taking my next blood test, was seriously worried over my excessive iron numbers and for that reason sent me back to hospital.
There's just no pleasing these guys, is there!

It's a bad diabetes creator too. The scary thing about iron these days is that the wicked folks who own everything have begun put non good iron on all the food. If you read labels you've seen this recent addition along with potassium on all foods. Even single ingredient ones, which shouldbe impossible. It's for the Internet of bodies. Its causing all sorts of illness that folks have no clue about cause. Read your labels an you will see all foods have it now. It's poison.
You don't want too much iron.

TU, I drink the lemon and garlic, we grew up on these being wogs. Also had lots of vinegar as we made our own dressing with fresh farm cream, dash of sugar and vinegar, still the best tasting salad dressing. We grew and ate beets.
QUESTION. Now that I am old and grey and getting lazy. I eat Tinned Beet will this do the same job as the powdered is not available in OZ?
