The last time I had this I put it over rice. It was great. This time I'm using the noodles and I'm putting in a small bag of frozen peas .
Made it and added broccoli and some ricotta cheese. It was wonderful

I was watching this as my hubby was walking by so I ask him to look at this and see if he wanted me to make it. You took your "Scoop" to drain the Pasta and he said "my goodness, that lady is using a kitty litter scoop on her pasta" LOL When I quit laughing I explained you really weren't! I did make it and we loved it, thanks!

This looks so yummy. I love using italian dressing to season chicken. I often marinade chicken in italian dressing before grilling it. Talk about flavor!
I've gotten the 2 pack of Olive Garden's italian dressing at Sam's before. And it's available in most grocery stores now.

I just found Catherine's site today. But here's a game changer tip for shredding chicken. Place chicken in a bowl and use a electric handmixer to shred it. So quick & easy. Alot faster than using 2 forks. Especially if you have alot of chicken breasts to shred. You're welcome in advance lol...

This was so good. I only had two problems with this recipe. I had a little over 2 lbs . I'm thinking in my head , there's no way it's going to take 4 hrs on high, I was right , it only took a little over a hour to cook chicken. I'm glad I checked, chicken was drying up. Just letting people know that their crockpot might be different. Also when I added the noodles it was nice and creamy. We let it sit for 20 minutes to let it cool down some. The noodles soaked up all into the sauce. Everything was dried up.I ended up adding the rest of the dressing. I would add less noodles.It was really good though. Just beware it cooked a lot quicker then stated. Love watching your videos and you have some great recipes.
I’m using breasts that are a lot thicker than hers. I was thinking of letting it sit longer till I saw your comment. I don’t want the chicken dry. Was your breast cut in halves do you remember?

I live in a city with a huge Italian population and a ton of mom n pop fantastic Italian restaurants, so I don’t really go to Olive Garden…but I’ve lived in other cities, where that was your option…And I did develop a love of Olive Garden’s Italian dressing…it’s good. It looked so good that i made some using a rotisserie chicken and Greek cream cheese cause that's what I had on hand. I guess using fresh chicken there was water that came out because it was pretty thick and rich so I added some water with a little of Better Than Boullion chicken flavor and it was perfect! My son really liked it! Thanks Catherine I love watching your channel and after hearing of your job loss I'll be watching all of your commercials and hope it helps. God bless!

I watched this video and had to try it, already planning to have chicken for dinner! I had to run to the store, but had little hope of finding the Olive Garden dressing. However, even in my little grocery store, I found it. We have a population of just over 1,300, and I couldn’t believe I found it! Can’t wait! TFS. 😊
