You are a lifesaver and we look forward to more videos! You have gained subscribers steadily this past year. The recipes you have shown us have been excellent. I've yet to find one that wasn't delicious. You certainly have a strong work ethic posting a couple of videos a week or more .Even while moving 3or more times. Your recipes are creative and fresh. I always look forward to your videos.👏👏💞

Every single recipe is something I am definitely trying. I already put my chicken out to thaw for the Fiesta Chicken. The best part is I have nearly every ingredient and spice you mentioned for all recipes. I just need the meat and beef broth. And that never happens. Best video I have seen in awhile. I made the philly cheese steak yesterday. My husband couldn't get enough & kept saying how good it was. Today we're having the chicken with seasoned vegetables. Can't wait to give you our feedback. I just made the Fiesta Chicken. I didn't have chicken breasts, so I used boneless/skinless thighs, and I served it on top of my own Mexican rice. Yikes.....it was TASTY!!!!!! I'll eat like a prince for the next couple of days!!!!

Slow cookers are a lifesaver. I work 12 hr shifts and it feels good to have something filling for my boys. I can throw something hearty and tasty in while I sleep and it's done by the time I head out the door.
This was the first cooking content I liked! I appreciate you used simple ingredients and didn't explain how things should be organic. I also know new ways to use my instant pot!
I made the fiesta chicken for dinner tonight! I used a can of black beans, can of pinto beans, corn w/red and green peppers, diced tomatoes, green chilies. I had 4 chicken breasts to cook along with the block of cream cheese. I made some cilantro garlic rice to put the chicken on top and then added shredded cheese, chopped bell pepper, chopped onion and some taco sauce on top.

These are great ideas. I made the beef tips today, didn’t have the peppers but added half a jar of sun dried tomatoes, a bell pepper and carrots. The carrots I put in 3hrs before finished. Cooked for 6.5hrs. We used instant potatoes cause you know lazy. This was perfect for a chilly fall day! It was like an beef stew minus the stew. So freaking good!
I plan on making the bbq drumsticks this week.

My sister-in-law gave me the BEST Christmas gift about 3 yearsago...a 7Qt oval-shaped "Crockpot" brand slow cooker! I LOVE IT! Unfortunely, I'm going to have to replace it in a few months---I use it constantly and it's on its "last legs". Love learning new recipes !

I love using my slow cooker in the summer. I just run it on my back deck and it gets dinner done without heating up the house. I do the same thing with my air fryer! Just be mindful of neighborhood dogs/cats/wildlife. I have never had an issue but I have dogs who would alert me if something's about and I never put it out if I won't be at home the entire time.

Everywhere I have been to purchase these already made there's always onions in them. Steamed along with the vegetables. So I started making my own out of my kitchen and I always put in onions. Adds great flavor!
