On that tenderloin with the potatoes and carrots you said cook on low for 7 hours. I was wondering could I do high for a shorter time? I went to the store for the first time in 4 months and bought the ingredients for the French onion chicken and made it without using my crutch all day. Julia makes cooking look so simple.. Julia deserves Millions of Subscribers and Viewers. Between sheet pan and crockpot , you wouldn't ask for more. Cleaning would be faster this way of cooking. We use our crockpot all the time. This way, we are busy doing other things here at home, while the food is cooking.

Made the French onion chicken today. I seared it, then baked it covered in the oven in that sauce. Last broiled cheese on top. Served over egg noodles instead of rice. So good! Ty!😊

I'll have to try this. There is availability to lactose free cottage cheese but I haven't been able to find lactose free ricotta cheese. I have to find a substitute for cream cheese and mozzarella cheese as well. Haven't found them yet.

I’m trying the chicken & rice with French onions, looks delicious! A while ago I tried your pork chop French dip, with fried onion recipe (oven dish), and my family devours it everytime! 😅 It’s on my dinner rotation each month. You have so many great ideas , sometimes I modify based on my family’s preferences & my husband and I have to watch our sodium & cholesterol, so the modified versions (ex: unsalted chicken broth, low sodium diced tomatoes , cottage cheese substitute for ricotta cheese, light cream, low fat , low sodium creamed soup ect ) works too for anyone who need to modify their sodium, sugar and cholesterol. Your recipes can always be adjusted for special dietary requirements. Just want to let your viewers know that it can be done without sacrificing having tasty delicious food 😊 You have been a blessing for me and my family the past 3 years, I started following you during the onset of the pandemic , and I had surgery on my knee and your crockpot recipes was a blessing for me & my family, since I couldn’t stand on my feet long the first 3 weeks after surgery. Buy brick cheese. It is less expensive than shredded. It also tastes a lot bette because it doesn't have the chemical in it that shredded cheese has so the shredded cheese doesn't stick together in the bag. It is an amazing fresher taste. My husband shreds the brick cheese in our KitchenAid mixer with a special attachment. I stored it in a Lock & Lock container. It lasts for a long long time. I love cheese as much as you do.

Hi Julia, you don't slow down on getting more great videos out. They all look delicious too. I'm using my crockpot today, but with 3 cream soups in the recipe. Use what I have till I go shopping again. Love Israeli Couscous or Pearl Couscous, they are the same thing. My husband loves the small Couscous, but I'm not that much of a fan because it always gets stuck in my throat. lol Maci looks like she is having a great time with your kitchen tools and of course having her cheese. I always used to be a ricotta cheese in lasagna person until I tried it with cottage cheese! Now cottage cheese is my go-to for lasagna!

Buy brick cheese. It is less expensive than shredded. It also tastes a lot bette because it doesn't have the chemical in it that shredded cheese has so the shredded cheese doesn't stick together in the bag. It is an amazing fresher taste. My husband shreds the brick cheese in our KitchenAid mixer with a special attachment. I stored it in a Lock & Lock container. It lasts for a long long time. I love cheese as much as you do.

I love watching your videos and how you are realistic and do not edit out the little "oops" that happen.(i.e. dropped bits and whatnot) Your kitchen is immaculate but the little "oops" gives you so much relatability. Hi Julia, you don't slow down on getting more great videos out. They all look delicious too. I'm using my crockpot today, but with 3 cream soups in the recipe. Use what I have till I go shopping again. Love Israeli Couscous or Pearl Couscous, they are the same thing. My husband loves the small Couscous, but I'm not that much of a fan because it always gets stuck in my throat. lol Maci looks like she is having a great time with your kitchen tools and of course having her cheese.
