I’ve always hated cooking! My hubby did all the cooking. He was the best so I just got used to cleaning everything up after he cooked all the meals. Sadly he died last December. We share two kids so I knew I needed to start cooking because well…they can’t live off of frozen pizza and junk/fast food 😂 I stumbled upon you while searching for crockpot recipes! And I absolutely fell in love with all your stuff! So did my mom and kids! After doing almost all of your slow cooker stuff I moved onto your casseroles! Those also did not fail! Now I’m cooking one of your recipes almost every night! Thank you girl! You explain everything so well! Which makes cooking so much easier! You’re amazing and you helped me get through a very dark and difficult 5 months 😢❤😊
Just a tip, when cutting flank steak...if it's partially frozen it will cut much easier and you can get it super thin! 😊
I loved your wonderful meals and the way that you plated everyone of them. A person can get much less dining out paying thirty dollars per plate believe me we have many times. My food budget 1500.00 monthly. I wish that you would have been older to have helped me with mine for sure. I also worked alongside with my husband and I loved cooking for my family. Right now unable to having had two heart attacks so now I’m enjoying watching your video of your beautiful family and the way that you take great care of them. Thank You for taking your valuable time in making this one. Cooking with Love really shows how blessed they are to have You. I just keep thinking about all the money that I could have saved and some time too but the effort was because I Loved cooking for them. Now 18 grandchildren and 12 Great grandchildren I should have places to go to. This year our Son and his wife will enjoy us. God Bless and Happy Holidays to You and Yours.

Great ideas. If there was one wish I had for all of the cooking videos I watch, it would be that people comment after they make the meal. Lol. It is always full of those, like me, who say oh that looks good but never I tried it, this is what I did, this is how I tweaked it for my family and/or this is how it turned out. :)
I have some extended family stay at my place for several months, and your videos are just huge life saviors! I always have a simple idea for a quick dinner, thank you so much!

I no longer eat meat, but I remember my late Mother making the Italian beef sandwiches. She would use a 5 pound chuck roast, chicken broth or bouillon, garlic cloves, salt, pepper, and dump an entire jar of pepperoncini into our slow cooker, with the meat. We would have it on crusty bread or rolls, with mozzarella cheese melted on top. Delicious!🙂💗💯

Your ideas are amazing, would love to see more vegetarian options, I make taquitos in my air fryer (refried bean and cheese is a favorite) with flour tortillas, no cracks.
I either spray with some cooking spray or brush some oil on them, pop them in at 400 for around 5 minutes and serve with a homemade salsa. Thank you for sharing so many helpful recipes.

Oh my goodness, that onion sauce is totally amazing! Now pork chops aren't usually on my menu cause they always come out dry, but YOU put them back on the menu for this family! No wonder I see full flavor without it being in a box or packet! You are changing the way I will be cooking!

One suggestion is cooking times for chicken breasts. This is one cut of meat I cannot eat dried out and couldn't help but noticed how long you cook chicken breasts in the Instant Pot. I bought a magnet from Amazon, which is on the side of my pot for all meats.
Here is a great reference online, and tip to cook chicken in pineapple juice for extra flavor, tender juicy chicken:
6-ounce chicken breasts: 6 minutes on high pressure for fresh/ 10 minutes on high pressure for frozen chicken
8-ounce chicken breasts: 7 minutes on high pressure for fresh/11 minutes on high pressure for frozen chicken
10-ounce chicken breasts: 8 minutes on high pressure for fresh/12 minutes on high pressure for frozen chicken
You might want to make a notebook FIGURATIVELY.

@@JuliaPacheco Good Morning! So I made the street, but I made it in a sauce pan and pan cooked the chicken, the spices I used for the street corn I put on the chicken, it tasted so good. I couldn’t turn the oven on because it was a hot day, plus I was making it for just myself. I love you recipes, they’re fast, easy and so good.
My mom showed me another way to make corn, 1 can of corn , keep some juice, 1 can of diced chiles and 1/2 a brick of cream cheese, put all in a sauce pan and stir together. Great little side dish and a nice way to jazz up your corn 🌽. Thanks again Julia! Have a blessed week! 🤓🥰❤️
