    I've made this and I've learned to cut the dressing in half so it's not so over powering.

      I made this observation the last time she posted this recipe and I was told I could adjust the amount but by that time the recipe couldn’t be fixed. When I saw her make this recipe again I watched to see if she made any adjustments but it didn’t seem so. If so, I missed it. Sorry you all had the same outcome as I did.

      I am so glad you made this suggestion. I am currently making this and only used half the dressing. When it is done, I will taste to see if I need to add more.

I like the kind of food with several ingredients that you can eat with a spoon. Your style is something we can cook any day using what we have in the fridge and pantry. That's what I do: mix stuff 🤭

    Hi, Catherine. I made this for the first time last week from someone else's recipe without the onions. It was wonderful! The only problem I had was not being able to get the pasta mixed very well with the chicken and sauce once I shredded the chicken because I used a hand mixer to shred the chicken in the crockpot with the sauce. I think I'll shred the chicken separately next time and see if that helps. I will definitely be making this again. Scrumptious!

    This sounds good, but how about the salt? You put salt in at least twice, and the Better than Boulllion, the Italian dressing and the cream cheese all have salt. Even the raw meat has some salt. If I make this, I will cut back on the salt and let people salt it at the table if they want.

    • @CatherinesPlates
      @CatherinesPlates  6 месяцев назад +2

      If I were making this for others, I would do the same thing. I was making this for my family and I know how they like their food seasoned. You can use as much or as little salt as you like.
