Crockpot chicken with a jar of salsa, some taco seasoning, and cream cheese. After cooked and shredded, add 1 can drained corn and 1 can drained/rinsed black beans. I like it cold on greens (chicken taco salad) or dip with tortilla chips.
I just suggested something similar - adding a few ingredients for leftover ideas :-).

I love the liners. If I have leftovers I just lift them out in the liner and put it in the storage container, it helps keep the flavors in and makes storage container clean up easier too.

Oh, that looks tasty! Gonna try that. I think I’ll make enough for two meals for three adults, serve it once over pasta, and once spread on top of a split Italian loaf and popped under the broiler, then topped with tomato and lettuce and cut into sandwiches. Looks yummy!

I make a stew in my crockpot every week and freeze the portions in lunch size containers.
Chick peas, cauliflower, canned tomatoes, mushrooms, potatoes, rice, kale or spinach.
Tumeric, garlic powder, pepper, curry, chili powder, season salt.
So good! Healthy. Cheap.

I've never heard of crockpot liners before I saw you using one in the last recipe you did. I might think about getting some just to see if it will work for me too.
That child is adorable - I'm so glad to see you playful with him, because he will be all grown up and refusing to kiss his mum before you know it so these are the times to treasure, I reckon.
I'd watch more crockpot recipes, by the way. I love cooking big main courses in the slow cooker or Instant Pot, and then portioning them up to eat over several days and/or freezing them.
There was only one thing missing from this video, which by the way was really good fun to watch - and that was a black and white gentleman who normally hogs the camera. I guess it wasn't possible to include him this week because you were all set up for cooking, but please give both cats a scratch behind the ears from me. They and Kaden also contribute to the pleasure of your channel subscribers, even though we're really here for you and your content, Kate! Have a great week. :-D

I made this yesterday and I love it! My 19 year old grandson thought it was too rich, but that just means more for me to enjoy! I had it with a slice of bread to sop up the sauce.

Going to make it! There's an easy casserole on my stove right now. 9 x 13 pan, layers of canned: chicken, carrots, green beans, mixed vegies, a can cream of chicken condensed soup. Prepare one pkg. chicken stuffing mix and spread on top evenly. Bake 350 degrees until brown on top. 25-30 minutes.

Making this today! Read a lot of comments on another video so didn’t add entire bottle of dressing, substituted cup of chicken broth. Supposed to cut salty/ vinegar taste down. Will add cooked pasta at end. Will add cream cheese in last 1/2 hour to retain some creaminess. Can’t wait 😊

I made it and it was delicious - however, I don't think I'll use as much cream cheese next time. It didn't all melt, so wasn't sure the purpose. It was just sort of hangin' around.

Hi Kate! I'm making this as I type! Guess I'm late making this viral recipe. Lol! I saw a video that suggested adding a can of cream of chicken soup to cut some of the oil in the dressing. We'll see! I'll be making penne and mixing it in with the chicken goodness! Should feed me for several days. So easy, huh? Hope it tastes as good as it looks!

I tried it! It was pretty good. I used 2 chicken breasts, because that was what I had, but I recommend 3 chicken breasts. Also, I peppered directly on the chicken, and added more later. Fresh parsley kicks it up a notch. Kate, you are awesome! More frugal cooking videos, please. I have two teenage boys!

That reminds me a lot of crack chicken. Other than using the Olive garden salad dressing. I just use a Italian dressing packet. And I put a can of cream of celery and a can of cream of chicken.
Chicken poured over a bit slice of cornbread is the BEST.
