    the banana pancakes (bancakes) are better if you mush the bananas up before whipping in the egg. i recommend one slightly ripe banana (a little green) to two large eggs (1:2). it's also better to measure the batter into 1/4-1/3 cup portions, making a stack of small pancakes, rather than one large pancake. 🍌🥚🥚

    I'm doing a strict Paleo. Bye bye to nuts, grains, soya, eggs, sugar, alcohol. Also I buy no hormone no antibiotic meat, no farm fish..
