I’ve been doing Paleo for 4 weeks now and this is the best I’ve ever felt in my life!!!
My health before this: I was hot all..the..time, had headaches, could not focus no matter how much sleep I got (even got on A.D.D medicine for awhile) to the point where I thought I was going to get fired at work, was tired all the time, couldn’t lose weight, and was grumpy most of the time.
By eating Paleo, all.. and I mean ALL of my symptoms are gone!!! I’m one of the top performers at work now, have tons of energy, no longer hot at all, no headaches, and SOO much happier!!!
Please if you have any of those symptoms consider giving this diet a chance or at least cut out all the grains, especially wheat.
I literally was putting a will together because I thought I would be dead within the next few years- that’s how bad I felt. This diet change has completely changed my life.

@@bfnew4440 I didn’t eat terrible, but did have grains with every meal. Didn’t eat out a lot, cooked almost all meals from scratch, not a lot of junk food, but large portion sizes.
      Typical day prior to change:
Breakfast: Breakfast taco (2) or scrambled eggs with toast and oatmeal or Migas
Lunch: sandwich, pretzels, fruit or leftovers from dinner
Dinner: meat, vegetable, and baked potato/pasta/ rice
Drinks: hot tea with cream and sugar/hot cocoa, water
Snacks: slice of toast with peanut butter, fruit, cheese stick and crackers

@@virsapiensfortisest922 thanks very much for the detailed reply. It's very interesting. I'm glad it's working out for u and ur seeing benefits. Are u still paleo?
I went paleo for a year. Before that I'd ate bread and pasta sparingly and limited dairy intake. I ate rice and Asian style food often tho, and definitely ate the rainbow of fruit and veg. I noticed little benefit from paleo to be honest. I still got seasonal sicknesses and my energy levels didn't go up (sometimes they went down actually). I guess it's all just different for everyone.
I got a food allergy test the other day. That was interesting also and was worth the expense... Cheers

@@virsapiensfortisest922 hey mate. Yeah, I cut rice for 1 year and was paleo. No real benefits but I wasn't of poor health at the start of going paleo.
It's interesting how it's so different for all of us. I'm actually finding that, as a result of doing my food allergies test, that I respond better to foods that are low in histamine (so no tomatoes, avocado, fermented foods, just to name a few). Things like rice and grains seem to agree with me. Good figure I guess, lol..
It's good that you have found what works for u and ur health has improved. Good health to u!

I'm not recommending or agreeing that it cures ear infections and that you should stop taking your medications and not listen to your GP etc. I'm referring to the weight loss/health benefits such as increased energy levels, improved blood sugar levels, etc. I'm saying Paleo is fine, I'm not saying he is a magical guru that knows everything about food and the science behind it but he does have good knowledge from what he is saying. A lot of doctors recommend Low carb and Keto for this. As he says Paleo is just a label as well as those other 'diets'.
