this is a really fantastic series- it should be on TV in place of the news every night. We'd have a much healthier society

Thank you for those delicious recipes!
The breakfast one, although very appetizing, left me wondering about the impact of what I eat.
I wonder about the impact of "healthy eating" where we use a lot of, for example here, coconut derived products to replace the cream (or milk, oil..) to a point where it probably has an impact on the planet, right?
I'm wondering if it won't end up having the same impact as palm oil does, If that's not already the case, because you need to grow coconut trees by billions to feed all the new healthy eaters that we are. And it's such a lucrative business, that a lot of people are probably not so regardant on the means used to take part in that industry. Those trees are certainly being planted instead of the local flora (even the organic ones), which in turn impact also the local fauna...etc.
it's also imported via super huge fret boats, which are responsible for the biggest fine particles pollution on the planet. (i've seen a report where they explained that less than 100 of those boats are emitting more fine particles than ALL of the cars on earth and that there is more than 15000 of those boats navigating the planet).
I'm not saying we shouldn't eat avocados, bananas or coconuts...etc. at all, but i'm wondering if my "healthy" ways aren't damaging the ecosystem of the planet. So I probably should reduce my use of those products within reason and balance and eat more locally grown organic food. Using those other products only once in a while and not all the time. (i'm talking from the perspective of a European citizen, where those don't grow and therefore, have to be imported from far away. it would differ from places to places)
I'm not trying to force my point of view onto others here, it's just that the thought came to me after watching your video, where we talk about damaging the earth with our crazy intensive agricultural ways and then I saw the coconut cream and it just came to me. Just "food for thoughts" i guess ^^
I’m not paleo, im keto, and that brekky bit seemed really good, however I’ve heard that starting of with fruit instead of protein can increase sweet cravings throughout the day….

This man uses his hands, and I haven't seen him washing his hands.
why do you have to see him washing his hands? Is it not assumed that he does?
Do you Al Dallal
Well, while I don't believe anyone in the paleo ever ate vegetables like that, I also don't believe they washed their hands either.
