Share market crashes, Currency also fails...... But My house will still be there for me, my shop will still seek me rent...... I have seen in 3 to 4 years gold doubled also its value kept growing during corona too when markets were crashing and now the trend has started central banks are buying a lot of gold and throwing out cash slowing down currency printing ( I too hold shares and MF s)
