    Class 4 is a Pilates reformer workout for full body with no props. I use the Balanced Body Metro IQ Reformer AKA Pilates IQ Reformer, but you can use any reformer.

    Thank you Melanie for your multitude of short little burners! I had a c-section 10 months ago and have suffered chronic pain in my pelvis and upper back since. Getting back on my reformer has been painful and daunting, but your short videos are perfect for when bub is sleeping, and have given me a great starting point to build my strength again.
