Hi ! Great job ! I know it's your house but I think if I was doing it for my house I would of faced the clean out that's in the wall facing the drywall with a small cut out just for maybe ?future access even though you could take the Trap for the washing machine apart and go through it for possible future clean outs. (snaking)
Clever venting! It’s cool to see it all coming together! Btw, what are your plans for when the walls go in? Will you be adding period correct molding and such?
Thanks! Yes the plan is to put the molding and trim work back on throughout the house. Episode 1 we removed and kept all the woodwork to put back on at the end. We should have some extra from areas like the dining room where we took down the center wall. Same with the door frames and transoms, we have moved the location of some doors and changed some of the design, but plan to put the original doors back on in the new locations. Hope that helps clarify our vision for how we want to merge the updates with the existing features of the house!
Holy shit imagine buying this house one day... 😂

Holy crap! Did that plumbing actually pass an inspection?
I don’t think he’s pulling a permit on that one..
Lmao that's what I was thinking. If you're going to do shit work at least don't post the evidence of your incompetence
Didn't bring the vents for the sinks above flood level rim?
Yes I have already mentioned in a follow up that I need to change that. I was not thinking clearly that day...
@@TirolerInn Ahh got ya.. It happens
Yep. Unfortunately
Why u did u cut the 2x4
I gather you still have to glue it all yet ?
Yes indeed. I will have it all looked over by the inspector since I am just a novice, so I don’t have to take it all apart
Question
Can a vent go up into the attic.
That’s where our vents go to.
Though the attic but you def want to vent them to the outside😊

We are in rural Virginia. Besides lifting the vent above the drainage plane we were told so far that we are good.
