    I boil oat with some water in a pot with a pinch of salt. When it comes to boil, I put milk and an egg in. After the oat become soft, I take it off the stove and mix in some dried cranberry and chopped walnuts.

    我煮麥皮加無糖豆漿、龍眼肉和杞子。用清水煮便加無糖首烏和芝麻粉再加隻蕉。簡單又好味!

    馬玉山有隻紫山藥黑米仁,獨立包裝的,我會沖之前撈埋燕麥沖,跟著等1分鐘就食得...最好係有少少味道...唔會太甜又易入囗....同埋係幾好食😂有D紫米味有d芝麻味咁...

    我都有食開,不過我會煮麥片的,各人口味唔同,我就落杏仁或者其他堅果,蘋果,最尾鮮奶之落花生醬有粒果隻攪勻,anyway 你果款都好特別,簡單易做,如果做早餐,蛋白質好似少左d,XD

    我之前都食過一排,不過我食麥皮,而我係食鹹既!同日本超市即食包裝既味噌湯去整,都ok架,唔洗成日食甜架嘛!

    睇左你既片都一段時間...第一次留言...真心覺得你拍既片愈黎愈好...
    我之前諗住減肥都有食過燕麥...不過冇恆心...我試過用脫脂奶加好立克粉煲熱再加麥片...用保暖壺焗到返公司食...但因為平時已經要5點半起身...所以咁做要再做d起身...好快我就放棄左啦...
    之後就買原片既燕麥片...每晚會幾燕麥同奶倒入盒...雪一晚...第二朝會加原味乳酪同亞麻籽...帶到返公司再加生果當早餐...不過我都係冇恆心...😂😂😂
    一直都覺得當晚餐會唔夠飽...睇完你段片...令我減肥既決心又燃燒左...多謝你...我會試下將佢放係晚餐既時間食...

    其實用黎煲粥係好好味架,仲可以加鮮准山/蓮藕好香架(用電飯煲,快靚正)^^

    我都轉食ing, 但我就當煮粥,我試過用粟米或茹,加少許味噌,直頭係粥甘,另外早餐就加乳酪,午餐就粥,腸胃好d😃

    Try overnight oat. You can search overnight oat on RUclips for various recipes. Very nice as summer breakfast

    Emi I love ur video and also your personality!!! I have also decided to change my lifestyle into a healthier one and this is my goal before 20 years old!! Recently I like making overnight oatmeal by mixing oatmeal, chia seeds, almond milk (the nutty taste is so good:D) with my favourite fruits like bananas, blueberries, golden kiwis. A fast and easy way for breakfast n especially for lazy people like me:p support you always!

    可以試下加純乳樂、蜜糖、喜愛嘅生果,最後加少許粟米片增加脆口感,混埋一齊,好好味!就係咁,Starb**k 賣緊$27 一小杯呀!😁😁

      Oatmeal overnights chill in refrigerator for over night or at least 4hours ! top-up fresh fruits +raisins or red dates for taste😘

    无糖豆浆( sugarless soy milk)+燕麦(rolled oats)+ 美国蔓越莓干(dried cranberries )+杏子干果 (dried apricot )+奇异籽 ( chia seed )+ 天然珊瑚草(premium coral grass)+葡萄干(dried grapes)+ 香蕉(banana)

    你嗰盒係muesli 用yogurt raisin nuts 攪拌已經很好吃
    係生吃的,不需要用熱水
    外國人會在早餐時候吃

      漏左,可以加酸奶/乳酪or大人營養奶粉熱水泡;再健康d,生果加奇異果,藍莓
