Love it! And yes she is using the word testify as in to speak her truth, or like he was bating her to do it, and she couldn’t then but she did it through her music. And ultimately won, and there is reference to this relationship on the bitter truth better without you. Great reaction!👏👏👏

If you are reacting to “Good Enough” from the Open Door, please listen to the album version with the intro, which is excluded from the music video. Because Good Enough without it’s original intro is not complete.

Lol I was gonna comment this actually! I was gonna suggest listening to “Good Enough” last and then I was gonna point out that the music video does not have the beautiful intro.... the music video is very awesome and does embody the meaning of the song though so maybe listen to the intro and then switch to the video.
They opened their my very first Evanescence’s concert here in Brasil, with this amazing song. I can still remember how insane it was.
The open door is amazing, but I can’t wait till you star to react to the self title album.

am i the only one who doesn't love to know the backstory and inspiration for a song? because it empties the feeling of the song for me and i love to hear a song without any backstory of it and have my own thoughts of the song. thanks

I'm a male feminist and I will say, women definitely need to shout in the streets that they were abused, but, you know who does as well? Men, men need to protest, scream, and shake the earth with how they are abused and no one believes or how no one takes them seriously whatsoever! We will never have absolute equality, but we need to get as close as we can to it for both sexes! *Gets off pulpit and quietly sits down lol*

I find it strange having the lyrics "one day I'm gonna forget your name" when clearly she won't because this song will be a constant reminder about that person....anyway the band Ignea have some middle eastern elements in their music, they're a metal band from Ukraine...the song Seytanu Akbar is worth checking out, infact all of them are...they're a good band

@@AmyLeeForever I think they are all great musicians in their own right. I just don’t like their music. Not a knock at all to any of them. I certainly respect them.
@@angelabordack I understand that you don't like Evanescence music, it just strikes me as odd that you mentioned loving Amy, because their music is mostly hers, from lyrics and melodies to final arrangement approval. That's why I got a bit confused. 🤔
@@AmyLeeForever I love them as separate musicians but not together. Amy has an unbelievably gorgeous voice. I don’t like them as a band; it’s generic to me.
