I wish for you tubers to start reacting to their newer and recent stuff. They released a new album this year, The Bitter Truth and it d been nice for people to start noticing their growth as a band. They even got 2 VMA nominations.

Amy Lee writes and sings with such feeling and passion. Singing is how she works through her grief. She has lost a sister when she was young and a brother just recently. The song Hello is about her sister, and Far from Heaven off their latest album, The Bitter Truth, is because of losing her brother and is my favorite off that album. .

This song was nominated for a Grammy in 2007. It was so nice, since this song was kind of left outside the promo for The Open Door. Sort of a b side from the major singles: Call me when you’re sober and Lithium.

She has a lot of stuff to fear. She fears herself mostly. She's suicidal, she suffers with multiple forms of depression. She battles this every day. Ditching Ben Moody was the first step for her stress levels. Now she has a 4-year-old little boy. Amy glows more than she ever used to. Her life is less stressful, but she still fights it. Amy is my all-time favorite vocalist. Can't get enough of Evanescence.

Now you only got "Good Enough" single left from their second album, BUT pls you must react to her (Amy) featuring Korn with their song "Freak On a Leash (Unplugged version)" ft. Amy Lee it was a big hit back then in 2007 and it was a promotinal single to Korn's Unplugged album so in a way it was as important as Broken from Seether single ft Amy aswell. I know you're gonna like it ;)

Idk if you have already reacted to them, but if you haven't Breaking Benjamin is a great band. I reccomend them to basically everyone because they are just so good. A few songs you might want to check out are:
"Diary of Jane" (biggest song)
"Failure" (has a little bit of everything they do)
Their music video trilogy of "Red Cold River", "Torn in Two", and "Tourniquet"
"Dance With the Devil" (my favorite, also make sure it's the original version, not the lyric video version)
This is by far my favorite evanescence album from theirs. 06 the open door album. Not one bad song on there. It’s super deep, heavy, has like a scary movie type feeling to lot of the songs. Well, at least that’s the vibe or energy I got from it lol
