I'm having so much fun going through Enkanomiya that I almost forgot to make a video!

The skins? Really pretty and I will probably use them, except Mona's. I am not really against the skins, more against the enforcement of them in certain players. From the fact that it's not enforced on everyone it's easy to speculate that the company did not have control over that decision and that makes me quite angry.

tbh, I think it's at least one of the better solutions they came to. Make as many people as possible happy.

Jean? looks mature and like an actual grand master having more practical cloth vibes i like it and it might be the reason why i start using her in my future teams .
Amber ?looks as if she had a time skip and grew while we where in inazuma . Since you know we first met her in the beginning of the game.
Rosaria ? She looks like a true assassin the black color fits well with the bloody red color
Mona? Well I’m glad she finally has some comfortable cloth to wear i feel at peace now .

Sadness aside, out of the 4 all the characters, Rosaria skin is my favorite design. The fishnet look on her legs weird to look at, to me at least.

Not gonna lie, Ganyu puts the game on EZ mode, but I also think that when the difficulty ramps up, I'm not going to know how to play anymore hahah

To be honest, I feel like the new skins should of been the original versions. Though I do wish that if more characters are changed, they should be given longer shorts and/or pants.
That being said, there goes any chance for an Archon skin for Venti.

IDK why they didn't just slightly lengthen Amber's shorts though. Her color scheme looks off now without the grounding black. Hers needed the least changing. I really like Jean's new skin though. I wish they would have given Mona a flowy skirt or dress instead of whatever this is, though. If you zoom in hers was clearly altered after the inital redesign when it wasn't changed enough & it's a little messy because of it. I suspect hers to be the reason they specified that the designs aren't final.

@@ciennaquidd6486 I think Mihoyo didn’t want angry players so by creating new skins that are different enough for non-CN players and 1200 primos for CN players that are forced to use the skins, they can get through this issue without much trouble.

I feel like those skins just… make sense in the storyline. Rosaria is not just an assassin her first job is a nun but with fishnet outfit she just doesn’t fit in the church at all. Her skin? It look gothic and mysterious. She actually looks like a rebellious nun but she doesn’t wear the same dress as they and she has more “movement freedom” with her outfit
Amber and Jean? They have similar white corsets like other knights of favonius so they look more professional. Jean’s black shirt? Sign me in I mean seriously it is so beautiful.
Overall I think that mihoyo did a good job with reworks that don’t feel like a “censorship” actually. If I wasn’t a Genshin player I would’ve thought those are original designs.
Future characters? We will never know and it’s actually depends on a player. I don’t care what character is wearing. Many male players tend to think that Itto was made half naked only to attract the female audience but in reality? Female players fell for his zero brain energy. He’s kind loyal and funny and that is enough for me lol. Hell many simp for ayato and he doesn’t even has a face yet. It’s not all about the looks

I am not with or against censorship, I'm just here to have fun while playing Genshin.
If they released a character butt naked I'll play them without discrimination in front anyone, if they released a character covered from the big toe up to their head, even both eyes have eye patches I would play them the exact same.
I would like for you to explain Enjou behavior, that is if you have played the quest already!?

Honestly only problem I have is characters that been shown in the teyvat chapter trailer being changed looking specifically at you lyney and Lynnette

I’m indifferent to the skins themselves, i just really hate that the cn server is being forced into corners like that, i know its a minor issue in the grand scheme of living under the ccp but its still unfortunate. I’m hoping mhy’s relocation to Singapore helps with it, but in the meantime at least it was just a slight outfit change this time vs them having to redesign venti entirely to be more masculine like rumors have been saying they’d have to do if they didnt move.

It just seems strange. Although I suppose you could make an argument that the outfit is a special astrology outfit and it has great sentimental value to her, but that’s the best I can offer in terms of believable explanations :P

The new skins are a nice concept but badly executed.
Also, definately will be more skins to the rest of characters, specially Fischl (ok, that was expected).

You can always compare future characters with existent characters. I can already tell you without knowing future characters, that we won't see their shoulders, their back or a cleavage anymore. Just like in Rosarias and Jeans case.
In the end censorship is just never good, no matter how good the alternative is.

I agree unfortunately regarding future character clothes and the fact that we’ll never know what the original concepts are is disappointing.
Censorship is a tool but as of late it’s been used in the majority in a bad way for expression :(
