    Thanks for your openness on this subject Ben. Here in the Czech Republic therapists are free during studies, I'm not sure how it is in other countries, I have already visited one and I definitely recommend to take advantage of this service.

    34:00 totally agree adout scrolling, and this is why i'm trying to replace it with podcasts, including your, guys. My favorite one so far i guess, you inspire me a lot. All of you, i am very thankful for what you do, each episode is a reminder that you can be something better than you are, and mental health topic is probably best for this. It even feels like some kind of therapy.

    I have non negotiables for my week rather than a day so I don’t get obsessed. Eating well, walking, gym 4 times a week, Muay Thai once a week. On rest days, tidy up my flat and really rest.
