I realised this when I'd given up on pulling this girl so decided to tell her how insecure I am and how I thought it can be linked to my childhood and my father leaving when I was very young so I developed an unhealthy fear of loss and approval seeking behaviour to make sure my Mum doesn't leave me too. That night we had sex!
I am coming off a very difficult year. Depression and anxiety like I have never known. I. Could no longer keep to he pain inside, and collapsed. With great work, therapy, discipline, and exercise, I am slowly gaining an understanding. I watched Wim and his practice, and discovered how fear was the center of my life. Awesome. True story- I was laying in bed ready to call 911 thinking I had covid in Dec 2020 and came across a RUclips vid of Wim Hof, I had done cold dips for More energy but never took it serious and never as a lifestyle. Omg- I instantly felt a little better and then better and better as I did the breathing and cold dips and showers over the course of the last 4 months and I’m truly now unstoppable! Absolutely amazing ! I also found the school of greatness over this time and ..... Lewis is truly great! I Seriously think he is one of the best interviewers that I’ve ever heard. Well Lewis, so you gathered all these guys to experience together Wim´s energy and guidance. A couple of times in my life I have been into similar experiences (in terms of being retired with a crew) and reached a point of view I did not want to leave behind, but I had to, for not being skilled enough. Two days ago I began watching Wim´s videos and today breathing was incredibly good, it was ckear to me this is what I want to practice... yet, the cold baths scare me a lot... I used to be balanced up to fourteen and a few years later my whole body could not stand cold. Watching your statements is encouraging, still scare is there and I am trying to figure out how should I go into facing cold... I hope breathing will let me know when the moment has come. I have been corageous through many challenges along life, but this is something!!! Thanks for this jewel, I really enjoyed everyone´s single word. Hugs!

Being a woman, I thank you all in this group for being so strong to go through these experiences and share your personalities, energies, thoughts, souls with the rest of the world. I have heard from so many women (and some men) that men are feeling lost in the society because of loosing their role as providers and women being stronger and more independant. Seeing men grow, connecting with themselves and brotherhood, finding their purpose or meaning, reinventing, it makes me look at myself as a woman, even deeper, and finding more of my weaknesses and hopefully turning them into positive aspects of my own being. When we join forces with men of a high vibrational frequency, each of us WHOKE and COMPLETE and HEALED, or at least working intently towards it, our energies COMBINE, are AMPLIFIED, and grow EXPONENTIALLY. Just like in a couples relationship-if they both come to the table WHOLE, at 100%, rather than both thinking their best is 50% and together they make 100%, it turns into multiplication, rather than addition, resulting in 10,000% with the two, WHOLE individuals, COMBINED.
