    Great valuable info. I'm interested in hearing about running shoes, hybrid sports shoes ie from run to weightlifting. Best watches for weightlifting, running and swimming. What watch is a good all around for hybrid sports. Weighted vests for hybrid sports.

    Hey guys, I’m training for my first Hyrox in September, my first marathon in October, and my first 70.3 Ironman in December. I’ve being doing a mix of training up until this point, would love to hear how you both would prioritize your training for each event leading into them.

    This has been another great podcast, some really helpful information to take away.
    Honestly I love that these come out on a Monday, something I always look forward to and really motivates me for the week ahead.
    I know you guys probably get asked this a lot and Lucy has done some videos on the topic, but I find it difficult to cut through all the reviews and advice on trainers for running and HYROX. I know it’s different for each person depending on their needs, running gait etc. but some basics around trainers would be helpful, i.e carbon plates vs foam and when you should/shouldn’t wear them. Hope that makes sense ❤

    My stomach is so sensitive I can’t tolerate any premade food. It does make it harder but it is possible to get the calories in with foods like avocados and medjool dates etc. But I know this diet obviously isn’t for everyone. It is just how I have to eat.
