Find core stability to increase your golf swing, increase range of motion, build awareness of muscular imbalances and prevent injury.     My shoulders are no longer stiff. I feel like my handicap just dropped by 10 shots and my swing is so much smoother now . Thanks Adrienne!🏌 ⛳️

      Kim Jong Ill: is that you?? I know you scored 11 holes in one and carded a 38 under in your first ever round of golf, but improving by 10 strokes due to a few yoga exercises has put you in a whole new category of WOW!!
      All kidding aside, I love Adriene (I do her 30 day routines) and I love my golf, but this comment is just plain silly. For ANYONE doing ANY sort of golf yoga, exercise, PGA lessons, etc to improve by 10 strokes is just not happening and kinda takes away from the video with comments like this.
      I would also love to hear from real golfers who have used this program and what their experience has been.

      Hey i'm a 15 handicap and I have to agree that although this might not knock 10 shots off your game, i'm not saying it couldn't. I improved my flexibility a lot by doing this which created a better tempo. The most important thing that helped was the breathing. If you can become more aware of your breathing on the course and when you're about to take a shot, you'll be able to play better. I made a few dumb mistakes in the few rounds i've played this year but I do think I could knock 10 shots off over the course of a season with continued practice, yoga, and breathing.     Get To Know, day 16🎉 part two, I’m not a golfer, but I loved this practice, as did my dog who joined me on my mat giving me half a mat to practice on 🤣. Thank you, Adriene, it was just what I needed for an evening practice. 💖🧘🏼‍♀️🙏🏻

    I don't think I would have picked this video on my own had it not been for the Motivate 2023 calendar. I'm SO GLAD I did this practice. I do not golf, but absolutely loved this flow and I loved hearing Adriene talk to her golfer viewers - it gave me more insight into the game!

    Here on March 26, 2023. I don’t golf, but this was a day when if I didn’t just get up and open the March YWA calendar (aptly titled Motivate!) video for the day, yoga was not going to happen today. So I did and it did. Yay!

    I used to do a lot of yoga years ago but stopped many years ago. Having taken to the game of golf a couple years ago, I thought I would give this video a try. I did not realize just how tight I had become. This video is really helping my flexibility and state of mind. I will definitely incorporate this and other yoga videos into my daily routine.

    What a backdrop! A contrast to weather here in England, we just moved our clocks on an hour ,so supposed to be British Summer time, but as i was on the mat, I saw a bee trying to manoeuvre the hailstones!! Not a golfer, but loved the stretches , join you all tomorrow ❤

    MOTIVATE ⚛ | March 26, 2023 | This was the perfect practice for today as I was feeling my upper body a bit after yesterday's full length practice and vinyasa flows. Super relaxing and stretchy with lots of yummy twists like I love. And the nature sounds of Nicaragua only makes this one sweeter! 🙏

    My Dad tested +ve for the coronavirus yesterday. He's doing okay at the moment, but there's a lot going on. But I came back to Shift because I need the stability that you bring to my life. Thank you for all that you do, Adriene.

    Play - day 9: So happy I made it to the mat today! The technology (my earphones) were against me and I need them to work out quietly so I don't wake up our son.     ⛳️Process Day 27🏌️
    My goodness where do I begin?! This was honestly one my favorite YWA practices that I’ve done in a while! I mean I love all but this one is definitely up there! I got my mom to do the first 7 minutes of the video and she loved it just as much as I did! The view was amazing! The background sounds were even better! (Nature’s Music haha) The general practice was beyond! I’m feeling so much better than when I first started this month’s calendar, not to be too cheesy but, it’s definitely a case of trusting the Process! Sending love and light as always❤️💫 Namaste 🙏

    PLAY 🪁 | October 9, 2022 | So happy to see this one back on the calendar, it has so many great spinal twists, side body stretches and of course hip openers. I'm not a *golfer* but I DID just happen to win a friendly family competition of MINI golf this weekend, so I think this was pretty appropriate! 😆 Happy Thanksgiving weekend to all the yogis in Canada! 🇨🇦🍁

    Since performing your golf yoga routine my back and shoulders have never felt this good in years. Also as a senior golfer my body and shoulder turn during my golf swing has increased and the distance I'm striking the golf ball has dramatically increased ! Thank you for sharing your expertise

    For Day 29 of OPEN, this non-golfer really enjoyed this practice. Afterwards I can feel it in my upper legs, good strength building. From this sequence I learned that awareness in posture and core really helped my balancing and there were some great side stretches too. Excellent, 🧘🏼‍♀️🧘🏻‍♀️🙏💞

      This was great, thanks, I have been researching "what is considered a mid handicap in golf" for a while now, and I think this has helped. You ever tried - Tonayden Senadelyn Remedy - (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my co-worker got cool results with it.

      You had me at nothing too demanding! I’m very proud of myself or I guess grateful that I did not rely on my overly stretchiness and injure myself. I’m definitely going to favorite this practice! I also like how you described it as being kind. It did feel kind to my body. I love how Adriene said if you’re feeling rickety because that is the exact way I’m feeling. I made it through the whole practice today! Thank you Gill!

    I didnt have any free time this week and I missed yoga with you like crazy.. I did little bedtime sequences, or yoga for neck pain everyday before going to bed. I was so exhausted everytime I got home and so mad that I couldn't do some energizing yoga at midnight.. Today was finally my day off and this practice was so great... I laughed when we did that pose with back leg lifted and than the challenging stretch.. I did it, it was a bit challenging afted all those relaxing yoga videos I've been doing over past few days and I loved it

    It’s so interesting to notice the difference in the sides, especially with the shoulders in my case. I never thought of myself as particularly tight shouldered, but I notice when doing those big twists with the arms out, that’s when I find resistance.
    I show up to learn, not master. Today felt like play, love it 😊

    With the increase in golfers today I would applaud a mini golfers yoga series! 😅
    This was very nice, melted my shoulders and counteracted the headache that was inbound! 🎉

    This is brilliant Adriene. I've been looking for something for my 13 year old son and my husband who both play a lot of golf to a high standard but are not flexible in their shoulders or hips! This is just the trick! Love your videos - thanks for sharing your practice with the world 💪🏻 🤸🏼‍♀️

    For the last week of the July Yoga Calendar I've been feeling super week -- poses that I normally enjoy (even if they are difficult) were no fun and my body didn't seem to have the same strength it normally does. Doing this slightly gentler practice that still had some great stretches was so great!

    So grateful for this gentle practice this morning for my tired and sore body. Sleeping badly and had a sore back and leg after a lot of walking yesterday so I was reluctant to get on the mat this morning and this was perfect. Thank you Adriene and fellow yogis xx

    I got into golf later in life and felt like I was constantly dealing with soreness, muscle spasms, etc.
    I started doing this video every time before I played and it has worked wonders.
