I'd like to thank u guys for changing my life and giving me so much confidence in myself. I saw this video 2 months ago and downloaded it. So I've been doing this workout for 2 months now and I've gained intense gludes that everyone around me notices🔥🧘🏾♀️. IT'LL ALSO WORK FOR U IF U TRUST THE PROCESS❤❤🎉🎉
How u did it? Did u do it every day and how much weight you gained? Cause i need to gain weight and i would like to become thick

squat walks - 1 min
b stance hip thrust- 30-sec thrust and 30-sec hold (each leg)
jumping sumo squats- 1 min
fire hydrants- 30 sec each
side lunges- 1 min
sumo squat pulses - 1 min
reverse lunge- 30 sec each
high knees- 1 min
*repeat again*

@@y0eeh689 this most definitely works but as you progress you need to do the exercises for like 2 minutes instead of 1 minute
- 1:39 squat walk
- 2:55 1 leg hip thrust
- 4:13 sumo squat w twist
- 5:46 fire hydrant
- 7:12 side lunges
- 8:45 sumo squat pulse
- 10:50 reverse lunges
- 13:46 high knees

i found this on a whim bc i realized i didn’t have any lower body focused workouts for my routine, and my god! i’m glad y’all ain’t acting like it’s easy peasy bc i was on the floorrrr 😭 i’m def adding this to my routine, hopefully in a few weeks or months i can check back in and give my results! if anything, it’s a good way to get my heart pumping lol.

Core is hard because it really does depend on your genetics and diet. But we will defiantly add that to the list!!

Genetics plays a huge roll.. the twins have incredible genetics... plus they work hard,,, u may have to work even harder to get to your goals ..and it aint fair.. but its always doable

Day 1 : sweat so much could barely do it
Day 2 : same thing
Week 1 : I honestly got addicted and I love this workout routine my booty looks a lil lifted but I’m also eating as much as I’m working out if you don’t you’ll just lose your booty
I’ll update week 2
Week 2: I started doing it 2 times a day
Day 1 week 2 : changed my diet a bit and started eating more protein still working out
Week 3 : it’s getting easier so I added more keep in mind I do this workout every morning
Also I can stay on top longer now 😏
Week 4: getting discouraged not seeing results, if anything I’m losing my ass but I know that’s how muscle building starts …
