    Took a 3 min break drank some water and did the entire workout again. So I did the entire thing twice for a greater burn I loved it! Thanks for this 🔥

    Funny I was just thinking about you & your sisters. I used to watch ALL y'all videos on hair & watched your family grow.       @@MELISSAHEEB It is normal, same thing happened to me. I was having trouble walking down the stairs, and it hurt to sit down. Your muscles have been worked so hard, some damage to the tissue occurred. But the "damage" is needed to begin with, for muscle growth. Massage your legs, use ice or heat. Heat works better for me. No need to worry girl!

      @@tammya5403 this is a misconception, you wont always be sore after every workout and you don't have to work yourself to that point to build muscle. This stimulates very minimal hypertrophy but is great for "slimming". Muscle growth requires progressive overload and increased range of motion including time under tension and caloric surplus along with more protein. The DOMS (delayed onset muscle soreness) where you are sore for multiple days afterwards should go away after a few weeks and you should only be sore for 1-2 instead of 3-4+ days so long as you've been consistent. If that soreness isn't dissipating it could indicate a nutritional issue, like lack of protein causing your muscles to be unable to build themselves back, resulting in longer term micro tears that is actually harmful to the tissue. If you want to build muscle, you need more weight, slower movement and more stretch in the concentric portion of the exercise (along with more calories). If you want to slim and tone, these exercises are perfect but you need to be in a caloric deficit (maybe of -100 to -200 calories) for the best results.

      @@cosmosprincess20 neither "burns" fat better than the other. Decreasing calories and adjusting your macro and micro nutrient intake along with any form of exercise will "burn fat". This is great for toning muscle, as you're activating the muscle itself, but the slimming portion comes mostly in the kitchen. For best results you must be in a calorie deficit while doing these workouts, but strength training exercises tend to be better overall than cardio as it will maintain and slightly build the muscle (but both are great), achieving a better look once you're able to slim (again comes in the kitchen).

      ​@@user-ju9pd3pi5hslow weighted especially lower body workouts are better for insulin resistance and hormonal imbalances like PCOS, Cushing's, pituitary issues etc. Lowering sugar/carbs, and processed foods, healthy greens and lots of water(acv helps as well). Btw this works for everyone when it comes to burning fat, distressing the body is the other big thing that helps). A key thing to remember is that cortisol and insulin play a MAJOR part in fat gain and loss.. Many people should focus on keeping these things low while doing the things I just named above.

    I've been following your HIIT and Toned legs workouts for a while now and what i can say is i feel literally AMAZING, i feel way stronger and better than before and I've seen really good results
    Guys be consistent and get enough sleep and plenty of water and nutritions and don't forget doing warm-ups before working out and i promise the results are going to be really great 💕💕

    just finished this workout and I’m sweating A LOT!! I took a longer break in the middle of the workout to rest due to some heart complications! But, I can feel this workout helped a lot! I recommend this to anyone that wants great results and a tough little workout!!

    Really loving this! But potential edit for people like me (knee pain) -- curtsy lunges grind on the bits that hurt the most, so offering an alternative like a lateral lunge with the caveat that you shouldn't push through knee pain would be awesome!

    I just found this workout I need stronger leg muscles and this workout was pretty good. I’m 54 with fibromyalgia and lupus. I’m gonna do this every other day to start. Thanks a bunch

      I HIGHLY recommend the TRX system if you don't have one. I have so many complications.. mid life too.
      And I saw this thing in Pinterest and I really wanted it, but didn't want to pay the price and not work out.

      So... I didn't get it but I showed it to my husband. And almost a year later he got it for me for Christmas.
      I haven't let go of it. It's super addicting and I'm back to using weights because of it and I'm able to run again. And so much more. I think it's decompressed my spine and that opened up a whole new world.

    Wow! I'm working to get my cardio and muscle tone back on track after being sick from COVID for a month. It's only been 2 weeks since I got over it. Before 2020 my weight was 120 lbs before. When I got sick with in
    2020 from "C" I dropped to 116 lbs and this time around I dropped again to 111 lbs. A friend introduced me to the carnivore diet. I'm now at 115 lbs, but my bones and muscles need to get rebuilt. Whew! Well, it goes to show that after this workout, my body definitely needs repair work. I was in great health before 2020, but I noticed after the first sickness that it took a lot out of me. BUT, not this time💪 I'm changing my entire diet and exercise regiment for a new me! I'm 59 years of age, but that is only a number! Life goes on! ❤

    hi everyone,so today i started this challenge and ill be updating you guys every day. im trying it for 2 weeks to see if this is the exercise for me.
    day 1✅
    today was so hard! i didn't even complete one full exercise. my thighs are in pain but i really loved this workout. today was probably the worst day of my 2 weeks challenge. i only did this once today and ill update you tomorrow!
    day 2: ✅ my legs still hurt but i pushed through and really impressed myself. i did a few exercises for the full 45 seconds and my legs feel A LITTLE stronger and used to the exercises. i did it 2 times today.
    day 3:✅i only did it once today but the exercises shockingly didn't hurt as much as yesterday. I've gone through most of the exercises without stopping. my legs feel stronger and i think im starting to feel some muscle in my legs. the exercises feel easier and I'm glad that i started doing this workout!
    days:4,5✅ i did these days i just forgot to update.
    day:6 and 7❌ i didn't do these 2 days . on day 6 i wanted to rest so i did,but on day 7,i got lazy so i am going to continue again today (day 8)

    Got you Coach Toni!!!!!! This young 60 year older who transformed my body took a break also & purged from my social media also! & back in the game as of Yesterday!!!!!!! This leg workout was good to get back into my leg workout with equipment! Out of my whole piece bathing suit in which I placed first in competition & now want to challenge myself to get unto the 2piece orHigh cut whole piece!!!! & compete again!!!!!!!!

    Thank you for the great leg workout, Toni! I had to mainly quit running after I got hip labrum tears and have been losing so much quad muscle. Hoping this will help me build it back up 😆

    I always come back to this video for 1 of 2 reasons. Either I need a good challenging leg workout when the other ones aren't cutting it, or I want to see how much I've improved. Cuz chiiiiiiild, lol this one kicks my butt every time. Once I'm able to get through the whole thing without stopping I know Ive rached my leg goals lol.
    Edit: update. 4 months later, I just completed the entire workout. I feel badass. Thanks for the challenge Toni

    Trying to become at least semi-athletic for my upcoming freshman year in high school😫 I wanna be in color guard but the first exercise had my legs done😭 ima try to do this everyday until school starts hopefully I see a difference.

    I'm glad you're bringing more attention to the legs. Everyone goes crazy over 5he big booty and hips (Which is cool). But it does no good to have a nice booty but then have skinny little childling legs. Toned legs on a woman is the absolute best!!
