I was in Paris France in late 70 they perform and i did not go. Scott die shortly after that. I never forget and forgive my self Now lisen almost every week.
No effort? That's why he's pitchy and singing all those alternate melodies, right? I mean, he's alright, but people shouldn't glorify him just because he died a hundred years ago.
@@YTOnceAgain I think what they are trying to say is he sounds good drunk, which he does. Rock n roll shouldn't be perfect. Most of us 70s rock nuts want to hear the bands at their best and worst. Rock music is as dead as our Constitution.
I agree with you completely.Brian has done a wonderful job stamping his own sound in the band! AC/DC are the most successful band to ever have replaced a singer!
Brian had the scream and he loves the music but he never had Bon Scott's range, still and all he came at the right time and helped keep the band going; Dunno if they can replace Malcolm though
Same here mate, one of my favourites is Thunderstruck, which we know is sung by Brian, but I reckon Bon is better because he has a very, very great singing voice
Bon was the better singer but Brian seems to be a much better person. I met Bon Scott a few times and he wasn't a very nice person on any of those meetings. +Shane Knox
On two occasions he was smashed and really obnoxious to just about everybody. Both those times were when he'd just come off stage. it was incredible to see him perform and then see him hardly able to stand up and say a coherent word. I met him on another occasion at a BBQ and he was OK until he'd had a few drinks. To be fair to him I think the drugs and drink part of rock and roll got to him and he wasn't able to pull out of the down spiral.

Bon was never a screamer. You could tell by when he talks. Same voice he has when he sings. His range was out of this world. Brian is awesome But BON will Always be ACDC for me.
Yes i really Loved 😅 Bon Scott in the group the Valentine's 😅. He did a great performance of the song called. Build Me Up Butter Cup 🎉🎉 Have you ever heard of it?🎉🎉
Scott is the Man! He's wearing a Skynyrd belt buckle on this. Scott said Van Zant took those young AC/DC guys under his wing and taught them how to tour....and to win at poker.
Actually this is probably one of the worst performances he ever did and I never rip on Bon!! Love him… He was embarrassed …The Last Highway book talks about this incident in Germany.

wow never noticed when I was younger how much of an influence Robert Plant must've had on Bon...from the stance, swagger, some vocal style and especially those jeans.
Bon sings but it is as, if he is showing his inner light and it is so, so special and there will NEVER be a person with that voice and aura and Performance than BON. I will love you forever
I was never a huge a AC/D.C. fan, but they got some bad ass tunes and this one is one of them, and Bon Scott had some fucking lungs, R.I.P Bon Scott and I hope you're Rocking in the other side.
Here would be my favorite band lineup: Randy Rhoads on lead guitar, Angus Young on rhythm, Geddy Lee on bass (and backup vocals), Neal Peart on drums, the guy from Styx or Journey’s first keyboard player on keys, and Bon Scott on vocals. That would be fun!
Am I the only guy getting frikkin goosebumps watching this? They owned that stage, the tv show, the channel, and ruined every following program for the rest of the day. If they wanted to, they probablycould have played a while show and nobody would have cared.

gotta love 70's audio tech....i was chasing the sound quality with my sliders through the whole song. lol.....then i played it again, and just let er run. long live Rock and Roll and this band.
I like the stripped down performances of yester year better than the overproduction of many acts today. Just raw power, genuineness and talent, with nothing to distract from it or make up for the lack of.
It’s so hard to fill the shoes of a band member who we loved! Brian did a fantastic job ! Sad bon passed so young and in the middle of the bands height of popularity! R. I. P
Nice post. Thanks. As an AC/DC fan since 1976 ("Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap"), I can say this performance deserves to be preserved forever, for the future, somewhere. (RIP Bon and Mal - mates!)

it's because he worship to the devil that's why it's sounds so good
Bon Scott's voice is so natural and effortless! He has had many imitators!

Agree!
Not imitating at all. They sound nothing alike at all. What the hell is YOUR problem.
