    Did you try Intermittent Fasting ? What was your experience with it ? Would you adopt it as a lifestyle ?

    Great. We’re doing 16/8 for quite a time now and got so used to it that it feels weird to have food around it. Do you usually break the fast in the morning or around lunch?

      yes, it becomes an unual thing for us as well, with some very few exceptions. We ussually skip breakfast and try to eat around 19:00 in the evening, not later.
