quick facts: u build muscle memory for the sensitivity u are used to, unless you are in the extreme (super low/super high sens) i would not change what you are used to
This doesnt make sense. Every game uses different engines and different movement speeds and so on. It doesnt translate. Mouse dpi can feel different from game to game even on th same settings.
@@prototype8137 it's true that games have different sensitivity and FOV multipliers. But if you adjust these two you can make the sensitivity of a new game very similar to the game you are used to. Therefore not ruining your muscle memory/your aim and it doesn't matter if it's low or high sens. There are websites where you can convert sensitivities from any game to another, i actually build one myself lol.
Two questions, both related to the sensitivity settings for various types of weapons sights. 1. What exactly is "sensitivity" in this context? Magnification? Or something else? 2. You reference the aperture sight as being something no one uses. The only sight I'm aware that is an aperture sight is a variant of the Winfield M. What are the sights on the silenced Winfield, silenced Sparks and Nitro considered? Iron sights?
The sensitivity settings in the video are for all sights it's in general, in this context sensitivity refers to how you will be able to take control of your aim even if your weapon has a Magnification sight or not, the aperture is useless hard to aim with and hard to hit and it's not worth to bring it your loadout, applying the settings in the video will let you feel that there is a difference .
@@blazeus5631 I just found out the aperture sight can be folded down. I'm one of the few people who like the sight, but I cannot use it (like any other sight) for anything short range very well because the sight gets in the way. Problem solved! This gun with high velocity rounds and levering, plus the ability to flip the sight up and down, is really versatile. You basically have a regular Winfield and one with decent sight in the same gun. I realize I'm in the minority on this, but I love this gun.
@@blazeus5631 You hit the X button. The sight folds down to the side of the gun and basically disappears. At that point you can use the gun exactly like you would a regular Winfield. Need to hit something mid range and want something more than iron sights? Hit X again, the sight flips back up and voile! You have a sight that is essentially a poor man's Deadeye. The high velocity rounds really buff this gun as well, just like with the other Winfields.

@@Quizum8 the point is that you set your sensitivities such that the relative sensitivity is 1:1 . Instead of using arbitrarily gained sens values and claiming they're the best.
Very unsatisfying „Tutorial“. Beside the Windows Settings there are no really useful tools or methods for each individual to figure out there best settings. Finding correct sensitivity has nothing to do with just telling the people your ingame sensitivity for them to copy just because „you‘ve played since alpha“ Depending on Mouse, Mousepad, DPI Settings etc. you‘ll need different amount of sensitivity. Noone should just copy and paste ingame sensitivity without any information about how the person has measured those and for which setup it was created.
The problem with unchecking the "enhance mouse precision" box is that this makes a significant difference in how well your mouse works when interacting with everything outside the game. If it does indeed help with aiming, awesome. You don't want to leave this box unchecked when you are doing anything else though. I already was using the FOV you are, the only thing I changed was the resolution setting you suggested. It does appear to make a difference. There is greater clarity. Thank you.
@@wicky7591 I don't doubt it. I can't shoot for shit to begin with. The only point of my comment is that you can't leave this setting unchecked once you go back to using your computer for anything other than this game.

The compatibility tab isn’t there for me?
You must browse hunt showdown folders in steam, steamapps, its usually located there .
Ya I dont have it either, no matter where I look I dont get the options. something maybe to do with running as Admin or etc
I created a shortcut from the .EXE in the steam file and the shortcut had the correct tab in properties.
But good dpi you use bro?
650 is the best for me since I have 1080p 144hz monitor , low Dpi is the best for fps games but you will need sometime to get used to it .
But play on gunslinger , you any config to play hunter ,because for me it's so confusing play on hunter , I play 90 fielview
And I have gtx 1070 8gb and 16 ram 3200mhz and ryzen 7 5800x, what best config for me?
I suggest to raise FOV Abit to feel the speed and for playing as gunslinger I say that higher Dpi than 600 is good for it .
Grafic config I use bro ?
yeah i wouldn't recommend having different sensitivities for the different types of sights. It will make it harder to stay consistent
