You're among the best hunt players I know, and yet, you're also not above teaching people how to play better, or even new players how to approach the game when they start. I can really appreciate that with you. Thanks, Rachta.
"As a solo you should be happy with a single bounty." I really appreciate hearing someone of your caliber say this, cause while sure someone of your skill could probably pull of solo double bounties on the regular, you keep the average player in mind. Great video, and keep up the good work.
thing is, its easy to forget you only need the one bounty to trigger the solo bonus, hell, stealing a bounty and extracting thats like 500+ dollars for literally 0 risk. People worry too much about big dick and too little about actually having enough dollars to be at a comfy spot.
Keep in mind this is also a tip that scales with skill somewhat. Even for him I'm sure getting double bounties can be hard when he is matched vs similar MMR players. And the risk going for the 2nd bounty as a solo when everyone can see you is very high, at least if many are still alive and so forth. BUT, take the opportunity if it arises.
Even with my decades of gaming experience, I almost always do tutorials for games. A game may have a mechanic that you might miss if you don't do them. I cannot remember examples, but I have had a few games where my friends were suprised by something because they skip the tutorials.
This. I went from 2019 until 2022 not knowing that immolators don’t explode if you use blunt damage. I use to use poison ammo or get on top of something they couldn’t reach and kill them with normal ammo.
This is one of my favorite budget loadouts, but i also like to take fusees (cost only 10$) and they are super useful for killing concertina armoreds and hives if you dont want to shoot them. Downside is that you will get resupply for them from lootboxes and not consumables but i think its still worth it.
@@marsmellow1589 Well then its really different loadout, midrange encounter with hunters is really hard with nagant silencer. Fusees dont take weapons slot.
Damn this was a very nice guide man , really cool you explained everything you did and that's so helpful to really understand the game. Gratz on the Bayou bawl win btw thanks for the video.
Don’t remember if this was mentioned or not, but another tip I would add when playing solo is to play on a hunter with three big bars. Weak vitality shots will fully heal you
Not always though. Since vitality shots are generally reserved for mid-battle scenarios when you need to heal FAST, you don't always have time to wait for your natural regeneration. If you're at 25 hp or lower, you would have to first wait for your HP to go back above 25, then use the vitality shot, then wait until your hp is back to max. So yes, you could theoretically heal back to max from most wounds with a weak vitality shot, but you're not always given the luxury to wait it out.
I would also recommend Winfield C with High Velocity and a cavalry saber as a medium-budget loadout. It's really fun as the Winfield is one of the most versatile weapons in the game due to levering. which makes it viable at medium (and sometimes long-range) as well as short-range. Cavalry saber is also a really crucial aspect of the loadout since it helps you deal with all the AIs in addition to absolutely scare the living shit out of your enemies when you charge at them. I've had a couple of trio wipes with only the cavalry saber, and that is just an experience in itself worth trying.
Can honestly appreciate these in depth guides where you take the time to explain your thought process along with your decision making. Great video full of useful info that can be consistently applied in different scenarios each game. Much thanks Rachta!
I've been using this setup for a few days and I've gained about $12,000 and climbed to 5 stars. I just love the Romero, it feels more reliable than the more expensive shotguns. You should definitely do more videos where you talk about what's happening and what's going through your mind, it's super interesting.
I love this loadout! You truly converted me into a fan of the Conversion Pistol with FMJ, it's sooo good. Conversion dualies with the FMJ can be quite nasty as well, depending on the situation.
Great loadout. Having a lot of fun with it in 1v3s. I would recommend a fire bottle (helps with forcing enemies to push by burning teammates), and dusters instead of a knife. Playing solo you'll get bogged down with mobs and only having 4 heavy melee attacks before running out of stamina sucks.
my dad told me about your channel and im learning a lot of game sense from you, as an ex call of duty vet of more than 10 years im quite good at picking up new 1st person shooters, but nothing comes close to the hunt. your teachings have carried me too 5 stars with only 120 hours, thank you sir Z

I love that even as a high caliber player with what looks like 2M hunt dollars still wants to show us casual or average players the best tips and ways to move up in the hunters world. thank you for taking the time to make this awesome guide. your tip for pre aiming angles with headshots literally got my kd from 1.0 to 1.6
They should make it where once the boss is found and that door opens, it comes out into the field. That would make a great battle with fighting players and the boss!
Hell of a video. Seriously loved all the info and gameplay you provide. Explaining every move you are making is a great way for a new player to learn. Thank you
My go to budget loadouts are Close range-Romero+Pax Medium/close range-Windfield+Saber Long range-Spark+Officer I personally alway bring a fire/oil bomb to burn bodies, not about burning but more about forcing the other guy out cause i don't want to camp the body nor looking for him.Plus now the fire burn for quite a long time to i can use it to deter people from hallway etc...
I literally won like 7 out of 15 games with this loadout.. Thanks!! I've only been playing for like a week but I played alot of fps games so it wasn't a bad transition.
I find super useful to take alert trip mines,it costs only 30bucks, and it can sometimes kill someone with red barrel or burn his small chunk with yellow barrel and this will help a lot in upcoming fight. And as a solo you usually move faster than teams, so you can basically put traps next to barrels you pass around on your way to boss.
That's more than 10% increase in cost, more if you have anything contraband (consumables, knife, pistol is common contraband on this loadout). You go from profit from second clue, to having to find three clues. And for what? Something that is relevant at most every three games. Alert mines are fun, but not very good when you are going budget.
I actually really like Magpie. After kiteskin & dauntless there aren’t many decent ways to waste 1 point and getting some regen for the bounty is kinda nice.
everytime you say: "that was ez kill [insert any reason here] " i wanna shout YEAH FOR YOU IT WAS ! 🖕😁👍 i rly like these longer commentary vids, keep em coming! 👌
My goto budget loadout is springfield compact (not deadeye) and two revolvers, whatever i have available as contraband. As goofy as it sounds, its working alright most of the time for me. A lot of the time you'll have all of the weapons available for free, and if not, its barely a 100$ for having all bases covered. Dual wielding rng will mess with you from time to time, but if you figure out how to use springfield properly you'll only need revolvers at the closest possible range where missing on rng is nigh impossible.
Hey man I really appreciate the video but in this scenario you got to the boss lair first, it would be cool if you showed how solos should play if they do not get there first.
ive actually been running around with Caldwell Convert Pistol + FMJ all the time. ive been trying to tell my friend about it over using the Uppercut. nice advice and loadout
I love the highlights / funny videos you do, but I think this is really my favourite type of content, I hope we can see more didactic games like this, maybe with other loadouts.
I need to test this, but if you really want to make money, and you are confident you can pick up a few kills, you could possibly bring full tools and consumables so that looting hunters gives you money instead of nades and such
I do this too, it's a great way to save money and honestly the early weapons is something everyone should get used to using more. The expensive weapons are just too pricey to keep equipping. I must say I was surprised though when I played on the US servers they run around with mosins and lebels all the time, or did at least when I played but on EU you always see the winnie and the romero.
conversion pistol fmj definitely does not start damage dropoff at 40m, i did my own independent testing in training for a few hours and am near certain that it starts at 30m (all compact ammo fmj and medium pistol too)

My favorite loadout right now is Springfield dumdum ammo, Caldwell chain pistol, knife, medkit, dynamite, and 2 weak healing syringes. It isn't terribly expensive, and its served me well so far.
More love to crossbow for low budget loadout. A crossbow is most of the time one-shot or death to bleed 1 sec later, with a much better range then Romero(easy kill on 25/30 m)+ silence . I have multi teamwipes with this weapon as solo.

1. I use Hunter control scheme, which is the old scheme thats not really good for new players, its way harder to master 2. All hunters walk/sprint the same speed.
