I'm with Landstar Ranger. My CPC crapped out on Tuesday 10/26, just after I crossed over the Mackinac bridge. Cost me $1500+ for the tow, $2075.24 for a used (almost new unit), and $1500 for over a week in a hotel. Every time my German engineered Freightliner breaks down it sucks my bank accounts dry.
Buy plenty of blankets and tire chains science the the ocean current slow down so when winter comes it will be colder than usual baybe even design some kind of tracks for tires so at least you call the price on your load.
