Bro make videos on calisthenics
We need a trainer winny physique reveal!!!
234lbs 3'7
Yes indeed
Imagine he is 6’3 weights like 255+ pounds
Just look. The man is yoked.
@@ixdfnxel344Imagine he is 4' 255lbs+ :0
Cardio hack: Go on the treadmill. Place your phone in front of you on the dash of the treadmill. Begin walking maybe with a slight incline. Begin a movie, series or a youtube video. Anything to keep you entertained. Now just continue walking (or running if you are into that)
This is what I do😂 it's very effective 🤟
sadly I can't find anything good, so I get bored easily when scrolling through youtube on the treadmill. Now I've been skipping cardio for months, while only doing 3 days of ppl workout
Train not only your body but your brain as well
Just go outside and run man smh
You are the literally the best person in this community
My journey has started. Two weeks in and it has been very fun. This type of videos eased of many gym anxieties, thank you animated guru!
Thanks for watching, and good luck on your journey!
Keep it up bro, only gonna get better from here
@@trainerwinnymake video on calisthenics
Hey how's the progress going?
@@vikrantborse8762 still at it! 6 days a week, one day rest. Made some new friends which are helping me with my technique. Also on a diet for maximum gains, but mainly focusing on eating properly and creating healthy habits. Im benching 90 + the bar, which I always forget the weight of.
easiest way to get a slim waist without great genes (from my experience, not professional advice): don’t skip leg day as bigger legs and hips when combined with shoulders create the illusion of a small waist, train your transverse abdominal muscle, make sure to avoid any food that creates bloating or an upset stomach + try to get a nice amount of probiotics
You are definitely my favorite fitness youtuber right now, very down to earth!
I really like your videos bro, always encouraging, positive, informative and always makes sense.
Thanks!
Just found your channel and I started my gym path a month ago, so far I have been loving it. I made 1.5kg already!
I am chasing Greek food physique, but I'm already on the lean spectrum so I'm a bit worried cardio effect on my caloric needs
@@Axel_5do cardio but don’t overdo it. I usually do cardio three times per week but I push myself hard. Sometimes if I am burned out I just play basketball instead of running on the treadmill and it makes it more fun! Hope this helps!
This is my goal. I also think that proportions in general are very important. You can have huge arms but if they eclipse your shoulders or chest I think it ruins the aesthetic. When every muscle is well balanced in relation to each other, it helps create that symmetrical greek god look.
I really enjoy these animations. Especially the uncessary or maybe necessary glute shots
😂
Smash
Trainer winny is such a wholesome but effective trainer.
I going to start my fitness journey tomorrow i was so anxious about it but then i found your channel now i feel like i can enjoy my journey thanks
How's it going mate?
love your content, direct, honest and with no bullshit (ie peds or ads for useless supplements). I've been keeping fit for 19 years and it is refreshing to see what you are doing. congrats
Nice job staying consistent
For the people interested in training neck. It is very important to split your neck training up into different days. Training your entire neck on one day will cause a weird kind of soreness that makes you feel like you're sick. I hit neck 3 days a week on both leg days and arm day (upper, lower, arms, upper, lower). Neck has made one of the biggest impacts on my physique along with traps. Currently 19 inches pumped.
Great video! I have lost a total of 135 lbs., and now that I am at the weight I want to be, I am focusing more on lifting and building muscle. This video helped a lot! 🙏🏼
Congrats buddy! Happy for you
Thank you!! 🙏🏼💪🏻@@lucasoktv
Nice bro keep up the good work
Love your content dude, started working out 2 months ago and have been following you religiously.
Thanks man! Best of luck on your journey!
Absolutely love your videos. You are better than 97.5% of those workout "gurus" and yet you dont even show yourself. Mad respekz
realest fitness youtuber
been here since 10k subs, so glad that this channel is finally growing more and more
I recommend buying a workout band and performing 500 face pulls or 1000 pull a parts for rear Delt development
for being so straightforward and motivating, you just earned a subscriber
You deserve 1mil+ subs.
This channel is pure gold.
Decided to get serious about this at start of December. Running an old Schwarzenegger routine on a 16 week plan. Alongside most of the things Huberman has recommended.
Currently 5kg down on body fat. We’re on our way for that Greek god physique.
I would always go to get started with my training and bog myself down with the science videos getting analysis paralysis. Im 3 weeks into your ppl split, already noticing some gains and my mood and well-being has been exceptional since ive started. Thanks winny for giving me the know how to get my shit together much love!
Pro tip of how to impliment cardio into training without actually "training" it. Add cycling to the destinations you NEED to go to. Work, groceries, visiting a freind or a family etc.
The 150min of cardio per week will be collected in no time guaranteed. In fact you will most probably enjoy the "challange" and use your bike more often.
I personally cycle to my work place. I thought it will be horible because of being drenched in sweat on arrival. But it turned out that I only need 10 min to "cool down", wipe the excess sweat of the body, apply deodorant and use the fresh clothes to change into. One side bag on the bike is enough to carry everything you need. After work I go to the gym and then cycle back home which works perfect as post-workout-cardio training.
My work is just 7,5km away so that means I cycle around 15km on every work day. I need around 20min one way so about 40min to get back home. I always try to push myself to achieve something new on my trip. E.g. break the maximum speed I ever had or climb the a part of steep climb faster than before or just break the record time i had going back home. It's definitely worth a try!
I‘m wondering why you do not have more followers. Your videos are so valuable.
super clear i love the content man cutting through all the crud that is in the fitness space
Man, after I exchanged going to the gym by car and then running 15-20 min total on the threadmill for walking fast to the gym and just starting the workout as soon as I got there, I've saved at least 30 minutes on each workout and I also don't get as sore or as tired on leg day, despite picking up a lot more weight.
I know it's not feasible for everyone, but, if you can, do your cardio on your way to the gym.
So glad I found your channel a few days ago. There’s way too much noise in fitness and lifting on social media. Still going to take other opinions into consideration because that’s always important but definitely going to be trying out all of your suggestions and cutting out the lower tier exercises. Thanks
wow this was well thought out and beautiful executed. The drawings are also awesome. 🖤
just hit 190 bench press. Aiming for 200 by christmas!!
I agree with the waist thing but I'll add doing stomachs vacuums everyday can take a few cm off your waist by tightening the transverse abdominous. I thought my waist was wide but I started doing them and now it looks pretty good. (then again my pelvis is only 86cm around and I'm 6' 2" so idk lol)
this guy’s accent makes me trust him immediately
So many experts getting too science-y and gymbros who think the only way to grow is gear - really nice to see someone giving solid advice like this! ez sub
Hey trainer winny, could you make a video about chest + back, arms + shoulders, legs split. Ur vids have been super helpful!
Im doing a 4 Day P/week Full Body Routine. Day 1 back , 2 Shoulders, 3 Chest, 4 triceps/biceps (with 2-3 legs exercise at the end of each day). Feeling pretty good and happy.
hi winny, you finally gave me the push to start gym consistently, i really want to thank you for making these videos for noobs like us
Solid advice all around. Thanks for the video man! 👌🏻
Круто, спасибо! Перевожу и пересказываю твои видео своим друзьям. А потом мы вместе тренируемся по твоим программам. 😄
This got me through my cardio session
Best advice for aesthetics in my opinion 👍🏿✅
This was actually good
bro you said "thumbsup" and the like button shined, this is peak technology, nice video btw
your soooo underrated you deserve way more followers
Thanks!
Winny, can you make a video about how to actually track the macros in the food that you cook? Or just like how to track macros in general?
the only motivation I require to exercise is that it's gonna help me kick my addictions. Haven't skipped a single day till this becomes life style, only then I will add rest days.
I have a nice neck and I’ve never trained it I just head bang alot to metal music 8 mins a day
SMALL WAIST is the absolute key.
Can’t stress this Enough
FOCUS on BACK and stay lean
Excellent information. Just as you’d find it in all your other content. But could you reveal your physique?
why is your drawing so good bro, espcially the gigachad duh
ty bud appreciate the vids
Well thank you for making me feel not so bad about my "slim" waist
I achieved the greek god body by doing calisthenics and focusing on diet, trust me, the diet makes a lot of difference. But I'm too strict and my social life is not that good ahah😅
How long did it take?😮

talking truth i like it
I love your videos man, thanks You so much
I love this channel
6:10 Lol, 15 years old, dont have a craving for food really, I went 90 days cutting just eating grilled chicken, rice, and protein bars
Can’t believe that Greek sculpture has an anterior pelvic tilt.
Thank you papa
I honestly thought this vid was about drawing. As if how to draw simplified shapes of muscles etc. (Thumbnail)
Either way, was not disappointed.
Hello I love your content can you do a video on Olympic weightlifting and climbing
"you need good genetics". I got depressed and discouraged at that point. 😢😢
you’ll still look great man just do it :)
Same
Bro what is genetics it is the science of genes and how traits are passed on from one generation to the next. So.... Build and modify your genetics so that you can change your whole bloodline starting from you... But be natural don't take unnecessary supplements or many kind of unnatural stuff that can affect your bloodline.
@@gurushiva9546bro you can't alter your genes by training
some people are born little heavier side..I have a friend no matter how much he trains or diest he can't shrugg of his weight ,though he gained a massive weight loss from 107 to 89..
Should i start with cardio or end with it?
thats why leon edwards has the most aesthetic physique in the solar system
Bronze era physique tutorial please
1:40 the video starts
I do rock climbing instead of cardio is that good or just going on a treadmill is better?
I got terrible weight gain genetics, literally have to stuff my self in order to gain 2 pounds a month which is a good bulk but eating clean foods is really hard cuz i cant fit alot of calories, then i will cut and become aesthetic ofc
I fuckin love you man i hope you know that
Yoo can u do a vid how to do proper form and things in certain workouts please I only trust u 😂😂
If front delts are not necessary to target then why u recommend to do overhead press ? im planning to replace it for another exercise, maybe back or chest
winny cen we do rucking for
cardio
hydrated eddie hall physique is best physique
But eddie hall is never properly hydrated 🧐
Wow loved your video man. Simple tips and no BS 👌🏼
Slim waist can be achieved by losing weight and building lateral head
I agree with not training front delt, so then why would you do any kind of overhead press which targets the front delts the most?
Trainer winny I'm a begginer in thr gym and I struggle to feel my chest, I've tried retracting my scapula. I also struggle feeling my lats when doing exercises such as pull ups and lat pull downs. Any tips would be great❤
Hey, it just simply may take some time before you can truly develop a good mind muscle connection, so dont worry, if you are doing things correctly, you will get there one day!
I think is easier to feel chest muscle doing push ups than bench press. So start your workout with it. Is also easier to feel with dumbbell than barbells.
really good video trust me
This dude is a gift from god
Can you make a video about training for muscle growth vs training for strength? Thanks^^
Me watching this with an aesthetic body
May I ask, which should start with? Back, abs, chest, not sure😅
I need a video like this but for the ladies!! pleeease
Epic video
what about the chest?
We are living in a world which Winny doesn’t have at least 1M subscribers
Can i create an aesthetic physique by doing full body split im beginner
About the cardio part
Is it okay if i do about 1 and a half hours of cardio (running and fast walking) two times per week ?
it'll still be a lil over the 150 mins mark?
Also great informative videos as usual i keep looking forward to them religiously 🙏🏻
Too much at one time. 45 Mins max.
I thought he was being humorous and saying GYAT. But it was actually GOD. Hahahahhah
Does 15 minute walk to gym count as cardio?
I like the hairy chest aesthetic
V-shape physique = Smaller waist, Bigger Lats and Side Delts
Do you sell that poster?
Aren't front delts the main muscle overhead press focuses on?
Good advice Winny. In terms of cardio, I see most workout videos talk about cardio like it's a dirty word, and aim for the easiest method. Why is this? Is it simply because body builders don't like running, cycling etc? Personally I have cycled for around 10years and regularly ride to work and back, 25km each way. I've also started running earlier this year and now can run 5k in around 27 minutes and I'm actually enjoying it. Is there any detriment to doing this type of cardio while trying to build muscle, assuming I'm doing all the other things you've described?
No significant detriment.
The only minor negative is seen when doing weights and cardio in the same workout. We don't get the best results from either, so it's best to separate cardio and weights into their own workouts.
But the downside is very minimal, and if you want to do your cardio right after your weights, the benefit of doing that far outweighs the negative.
tl;dr: it doesn't matter, just do your cardio

@Creamy6oodness thanks for the response 👍. I usually do cardio on my rest days, so don't combine it with weight training. From a fat burning perspective I find I can create a huge calorie deficit if I cycle, and I'm generally in zone 2 for a large portion of it. Running is a different story, I'm in 3-4 most of the time so need to work on getting that down.
