Totally agree on greenhouses! Add gardeners and harvestable plants that can be freely placed either outside or in greenhouses. For the effort you should get reduced food costs and increased welfare.

A couple of small ideas I'd love to see implemented in the game are "biome appropriate clothing" for guests and staff. I hate seeing guests in summer clothing complaining when they're in a snow zoo. Another similar thing is I'd love to have customisable staff uniforms. If my zoo has a specific colour scheme, id love to have staff uniforms that complimented that I'd love to have more filter options on sandbox. I'd love to search for specific colour morphs, or albinos or melanistic Finally, I'd love to see seasonal foliage.id love to see leaves changing colour in autumn/fall. Or leaves dropping off in winter.
Great video! I would personally like an expansion to ambassador animals (especially when we get aviary birds) to also potentially include some habitat species (like the binturong, armadillo, caracal, clouded leopard, etc)
Love your ideas! I do have a couple ideas of my own, including all biome ground paints being available in all other biomes. What i mean is that the soils, sands and rocks that make up the ground of a habitat can be set to different biomes. The biomes that they could be set to would be Tundra, Taiga, Temperate, Tropical, Grassland, Desert and Oceanian Desert (also called outback). This would make habitats so much more realistic as soils are often imported to help comfort animals and make the enclosure more realistic. Another feature would be that all animals get what I call the 2022 animal sign. This is a really high detailed sign which all animals from the 2022 DLCs have. I think that all animals should get signs such as these, as a lot of zoos use a constant design theme to represent their animals through picture. I also think it is good because animals from the first 4 DLCs (including deluxe) have signs that don't fit universally or don't have signs at all. Unsurprisingly, DLC animals from 2022 are excluded from this change, however the animals from the Aquatic pack are also excluded, as their signs fit the same theme and look as realistic.
Pathing/ water system must be fixed. It makes everything a pain from facility placement to viewing point creating. Hell, sometimes it can be hard to place a bench. How many times have you had to think of ways to cover up the many gaps of the path system. Harder economic difficulty for us franchise players. I also wouldn’t mind to have a lifetime earnings/ expense tab just so I can see how much total each animal has brought me. Zoo tycoon had this feature. It was also much harder to earn money so it was very fun trying to set up a profitable exhibit and then seeing that those gazelles were really worth your investment. Last thing is guest enrichment items- like photo booths, play grounds, giraffe feeding, etc.
Also, working doors would be a nice thing. Kinda annoying watching my keepers and guest walking through closed doors all the time. Or I just create buildings with perma open doors. Or no doors. Every option here sucks
I liked the ideas, which I'm hoping for a Masai Giraffe, African Forest Elephant, Indian Wolf, Golden Jackal, African Wolf, Leopards(African and Indian), Sumatran Island Tiger, Sloth Bear, Blackbears(Olympic, Kermode, Cinnamon, and Glacier), Greater Rhea, Grevy's Zebra, White-tailed Deer, Tamandua Anteater, Aardwolf, South African Lion, Desert Warthog, Brown Hyaena, Black-backed Jackal, Spectacled Bear, Wild Boar, Coatimundi, etc., as well as the variable outfits for staffs, being strongly similar to those from Zoo Tycoon 2, depending on their jobs(vendors, educators, keepers, caretakers, security officers, veterinarians, and mechanics), depending on the biomes, all especially with tight pants and long-sleeved off-duty shirts with white shirt underneath. As well as the mirror interactions with intelligent animals like on Zoo Tycoon 3, like that of felines, hyaenas, canids, and primates for example.
That's an amazing idea the habitat gates for rotational exhibits! I've been hoping for them myself for a while and it would make it the best game ever if they finally added them!

However I personally love the greenhouse idea the best! I've built a few as scenery items but would love to actually have some that keepers (or even guests!) can interact with and that impact on the gameplay. Brilliant! One other thing I'd really love to see is nest-building, for the birds obviously but maybe reptiles too! This could be done as nests as habitat items we could put down that the animals use and that might impace on welfare/breeding etc.

Im really hoping for a guest dlc; The zoo to me when I was a kid was all about the animals, but then playing in the playground, riding the mini trains, riding in buggies. Even a train that has an invisible track so that it drives along the pathways like we see in bigger zoos
