Mate, if you're a bloke, just start doing swings with a 16kg kettlebell. Just take it steady to start with and then squeeze your muscles as you progress. You'll definitely see results pretty soon. Good luck.

Buono come timer e tabella esercizi ma le animazioni presentano molte approsimazioni nei gesti, ciò è normale per questo tipo di presentazione, utile a chi possiede una tecnica corretta. Sconsigliato a chi si improvvisa, imparerebbe molte cose sbagliate, quindi poco utili se non pericolose. Prima affidatevi ad un tecnico certificato, poi potrete allenarvi a casa da soli.
