Another awesome episode! I too have a couple of those ultimate DIY tools aka serrated kitchen knife. My wife went through the same procedure 3 years ago so I can relate. Please on your scaffolding put a brace/hand rail on the back side. I was so worried you would fall off that. With one wrong step a preventative injury could be life altering. Looking forward to the next video!
Hi Maisey! Thank you for your prayers! I appreciate that very much. As far as the scaffold, I’ll do better. I don’t want to scare you. I do brace it down when I stand it up at 10ft inside. I’d like to upgrade my scaffold in the future too.

Be sure to run fans and slightly crack window or doors while your sheetrock guys are mudding ( if your doing sheetrock). The heat and the moisture will condensate at the ridge and ruin sheetrock at the peak ( heavy dripping condensate.) Heat pulls the moisture out of the sheetrock mud and carries it to the peak. I learned the hard way with my aframe and had to re do the sheet rock. I'm in Louisiana, Texas heat should be similar.

Hi there! I designed the entire A-Frame myself. I’m a licensed General Contractor and I provide design services. I’d be happy to design your A-Frame. Are you looking for help?
@@darryldarks I'm not sure, I guess it depends on if the design needs an engineering stamp before it needs to be submitted for permitting...it gets convoluted sometimes navigating the bureaucracy. Adding another possible layer of confusion, I live in Indiana and, supposedly, there is the "Log Cabin Rule" that allows anyone constructing a building that will be their permanent residence to not have to submit to or pass any building regulations of their jurisdiction...🙄
