A story that answers questions like: Why are you building? Are you building by yourself? What’s the purpose of the building? All of that stuff.

So how are you going about permits and inspections, etc? My county follows irc code so I’d have to order inspections.
I don’t have any of that. My county is very relaxed. I just try to build beyond code whenever possible and so far so good. 🙏👍

Appreciate that buddy! All things considered, I'm probably all in at 10 months. North or south. Excavation was longest part. Bar none. 👍🙏
I feel like you are using cabinet maker mentality to do rough framing. You are framing that place like its going to be exposed. Not being negative, best framing in Canyon lake I expect. Please do not forget to put in the cripples for the sheetrock before you get too deep into plumbing and electrical. Guess I better keep watching to see LOL. Contractors are rarely if ever bringing that level of quality to this stage in the project.
