wow amazing work, I also live in Texas and I am starting to build my house soon, I have a question Do you have to get permits for the foundation and get it inspected, or are the permits only for mechanical and electrical? Just want to know cause i heard Texas is more lenient on permits thanks in advance
Congratulations on starting to build your home! Permitting all depends on your county. I’d call them a few times to confirm what you need. I only needed a septic and driveway permit. 🙏👍

What is the foot print of this a frame?
@shevuansereday 30 wide, 40 long, and 27 feet tall. The house is sitting on 2x10x10s and 6x6 beams. And, it feels good and strong👍
