I was awkward and star struck but the man was nothing short of a delight. Was absolutely lovely to meet.

I just met tomska today for the first time at comic con and seeing everyone else have like a £20 fee for an autograph and 30 for a selfie it not only made me appreciate how genuinely great a person Tom is but also he does all that for free and spent at least 2 minutes talking to everyone he met you're great Tom also it was hilarious waiting in line and seeing you eat a giant sandwich while talking to someone hope to see you again at another event

Meeting Tom was one of my favourite parts of VidCon (2019) because while me and my mum were standing in line, one of the people working at vidcon told Tom he had to go (cuz of a panel or smth) and he looked at the long line at the asdfmovie booth (containing me and my mum) and he quickly went through the whole line, taking selfies with everyone (including me :))

I still remember the day, it was late January 2023 I had got a ticket to megacon in hopes of meeting you and hanging out with my friend (I didn't spend any time with my friend cause I got distracted by a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament) I was right at the doors when the convention opened and when I walked in I instantly noticed the TomSka meet and greet, I got in rine but I remembered that I didn't have anything to have you sign, so me and my mam's friend started to panic and I stood in line while she tried to find stuff that you could sign until I realised that you were selling posters for only €10 so I waited in line, got a photo with you (I was the one with that green hat), bought a poster and had you sign it and then went on to have a really fun and great day.

I met you at Glasgow MCM a few years back, I was having a bit of a bad morning that day so I kinda had a scowl on my face a little bit, it's the one moment that if I had a chance too. I'd redo it over and go in with a Smile. I know you won't really remember who I was, you met so many people that day but your cheerfulness worked its way through to me and later I was happy and smiling not a care in the world and having fun. Thank you for cheering me up that day. Your sense of humour has always seen me through some rough times and made me smile when I didn't realise that a simple smile was all I needed to get through the day.
I laughed so hard to the Homestuck grey paint joke because I did a troll cosplay and this paint is a true curse. It just stain everything, the very right of touching things is taken from you as soon as you cover yourself with this grey plague.
remembering all the times any homestuck cosplayer has gotten grey paint on one of my costumes keeps me up at night

Ik this video is 3 years old but I just met Tom at MCM comic con and he was so genuine and fun to be around ngl I was so nervous to meet someone I’ve watched forever but him being so down to earth with people melted those away meeting him was genuinely the best part of my day
I met Tom and Dan at Birmingham's Mega Con this March. They were both true gentlemen. I ended up buying a Poster and they both signed it free of charge, took some pictures with me and even had a conversation. Honestly, if you meet them, be chill and they'll be as awesome as you expect. :D

I appreciate this video. When I first went to comic con my friends were first in line to meet you after a talking event. I was with them, but I've never been keen on meeting celebrities and famous people, feeling like I'm of no significance to them. So my friends all said hi, got pics, expressed their love for your content, I just smiled and walked past. The year after that at comic con I was at your stall and you popped your head out from behind a cover to talk to a colleague and then hung around, again I chose to just be like in my head "wow, one of my idols, neat" and not interact. While I'm kinda okay with the experience I chose I'm glad to know you've got such a perspective for meeting your fans

i met tom at sitc 2015 when i was just 13 (and already struggling with very bad depression), and when i stumbled over my words telling him about how his videos had helped me laugh when not a lot could, he gave me a big hug and signed my copy of art is dead with 'fuck the sads'. tom, you're a lovely person, and i hope you get to sign the book again with 'sads fucked' someday soon!

I met tomska 3 times in 2 days At comicon Glasgow... I still loved it, the second day, he put his hand on my shoulder and said "I've missed you... Now fuck off"
A close friend of mine went on stage with Tom at MCM London one year and Tom proceeded to call them a bitch. Literally made their year. Even got into the family highlight reel they do every new year. Genuinely brilliant moment that will never be forgotten and all I need to do is say “Hey remember when TomSka called you a bitch” and they light up and start giggling. 10/10 would recommend 5 star experience

I got into the RPG/MtG/board game club in the second week and I've made some friends. Two months later, my two best friends and I were bored and one of them told us "hey I'm bored, ask me questions".
