I'm not sure escalating is the best solution. It can imply that you couldn't resolve the issue on your own and are passing it on to someone else. Unless you provide a strong justification for escalating, it can be perceived wrongly by your higher-ups.

Agree with Anara about this answer.
I am also concerned about the measure of customer satisfaction. The answer is long-winded and not directly to the question. Also, the solution is not strong; why enhance the product details page to improve the retention rate?

@@jonathankienvu Agreed, I could not even pay attention to the customer satisfaction answer, I wouldn't hire that guy.

I don't agree with this assessment. Practically, bringing more of strategic decisions like these to the leadership team and solving the problem through that ensures that the conflict is resolved quickly than trying to keep on convincing people around. He clearly says that the escalation is treated as a positive term at the company and hence it also reflects and is dependent on the company culture a lot.

The response to the last question "tell me about a time you failed", focuses on team failure and not individual failure which i was hoping would be the answer. I like the response since it covered the collectively failure and how the team worked to identify a solution but i also heard references to "we" a lot in that response which has personally hurt in the past , since the feedback i received was i hear a lot "we" , could you focus more on the "I", TLDR - would be good to have a failure response focus on the "I" , great answer overall

The conflicting requirements question is way too broad and doesn't go into the product at all.

That black bald guy is really good, but the Indian guy is reading off the script and comes off less confident, I wouldn't say I liked the ex-Meta white guy's answers, they felt evasive especially the one about resolving conflict

most of these are too high level. not going into the detail of any issue its like a straightforward answer conflict>>escalate>> decision>> done that is not what really ever happens. Cust sat This is like a ride cannot follow anything very unstructured
