Compare with other mock interview videos, this one is much better as it's concise, 2-3mins to answer, with easy to follow structure. Impressed by the calmness of both interviewer and interviewee. Enjoy to watch!
An experienced M would find Q3 answer smelly because pausing delivery to address tech debt means putting several quarters of forward looking results on hold while adding investments - it's much more than what one person can "discover" and "convince". While the answer is eloquent, it didn't really have the aha moment on where interviewee added value and it appear like he's taking credit for many people who were all pushing for a re-platforming.
