The candidates seem to know the questions before hand and appear to be reading from a script . Could you host a few mock interviews where candidates do not know the questions and manage impromptu ? The community will benefit from learning how some of the experts handle problems when they do not know them beforehand. That will also show us what's the passing bar .
Hi AGtech, thanks for your feedback. We wanted our interviewees to give very high quality answers, so yes we do tell them the question beforehand. We felt that seeing a 'best-in-class' answer is more helpful to someone preparing than an 'off-the-cuff' answer, even if the latter is more realistic. However, I completely see your point and agree that doing it unseen could also be worth doing. I'll keep it in mind for future mock interview videos. thanks!
@@IGotAnOfferPM This absolutely makes sense. Please DO NOT change this format. While the OP has a fair point, I have learned a great deal from such prepped mock interviews.
@@IGotAnOfferPM I still like this format because the quality of the answers of the interviewees is TOP compared to other videos out there so a lot to learn from. Completely agree with your point on 'best-in-class'.
Great mock interview. It would have been beneficial to talk about my we did not focus on groups members.
I have been following your channel from past one month and I can see a huge difference in my answers.
Thanks for your help to the community.
Great stuff. Keep em coming.

These guys are copy pasting content and trying to get traction from others content.
Hi Somnath, in what way do you mean we are copying and pasting content? This is completely new content and Himankini gives her own, unique answer!
