I like the reversal you pulled telling them they are are acting suspicious!! "You don't want to be recorded is pretty suspicious...you trying to hide something?" Kind of using their own tactics against them.
At 4:35 the nosy cop realizes there is a dashboard cam and jerks away suddenly. Looked like he was gonna have a look around inside until he saw he was being recorded.
I want to know what answer would be "the proper answer". There doesnt seem to be one. LOL They ask, he answers, they ask again, he answers again, repeat, repeat.
They always play the filming children card when they know that they are overreacting and no laws are being broken. It's almost as if they are trying to convince themselves that the law abiding citizen they are harassing is a bad person. Good to see you back Jeff.
Why does anyone pretend children are some protected class of people that shouldn’t be filmed? Didn’t uvalde have cameras in the school? But that’s different?
I’m glad you decided to rerun your old work I appreciate it when you started I didn’t know anything about it until my boy’s told me thanks I appreciate you
The plate was not in plain view. He pulled down the hatch to see it. That’s why Jeff said, “hey don’t touch my car”. The other tyrant then said that he was running his tag.
@101327 Nope, I don't hate cops. I just don't like it when they abuse their authority. A plate cannot be obstructed when being operated on a public roadway. It can be obstructed any other time.
@101327 320.061 is the Florida statute that covers obstructed tag. Having the tailgate open is not "obstructing the tag". Obstructing the tag involves putting something over the plate to prevent it from being properly viewable and obstructing the tag is a non-criminal infraction imposed as a moving violation. You don't seem to get it. Jeff could have been sitting in the back of his car with his legs covering the plate or standing behind his car in front of the plate. There would be no requirement for him to move so that they could see his plate. This was not a traffic stop! He was NOT OPERATING a motor vehicle. There was no lawful reason to run his tag. If they had RAS of a crime then they would have been able to demand that he identify himself They did NOT. Suspicious activity does not equal RAS.
@101327 Again, I am not saying that can't run his tag....they can run his tag WHEN IT IS IN PLAIN VIEW. It was NOT! They cannot pull his tailgate down to see it - just like they can't move a woman's purse to view what is inside. They have no right to handle his property....even if it is to get his tag. If it's in plain view they can run it. Otherwise it is unlawful.
This used to be my first and most favourite "auditing channel". I just love his style so much! Would really like to see more audits coming up on regular basis but I gete why you stopped auditing for a while ;-(
You make this seem so easy. Like taking candy from a baby. A philosophical question: What good are civil rights if you have no recourse when they are violated? If the government employee violating your rights will never face any punishment?
trucid2 I think the bigger point is to show that America is a broken and dying nation, and that you don't actually have rights anymore. Most people don't realize this yet because they don't test it.
It's all going to be a moot issue anyway very soon. They already have facial recognition software in use in D.C. and other key places. Very soon, they're already talking about making registration mandatory for a DR. The 4th amendment will be null and void very soon. At first I was disappointed he made it so easy for them to ID him, then I thought, "Why not; they're going to find out one way or another". It's the only reason they left without any more of a struggle than they presented. They would not have left so easily or quickly, unless they had his name, address, DOB and possible warrant status. It's not hard auditing like that......
Nayr747 Yes, broken and dying. No better description. When on occasion a genuinely friendly cop is audited, I am reminded of my childhood when it was okay to approach a cop and chat or ask for help. Now with all this rampant "CONTEMPT OF CITIZEN" or COCk It is no wonder that citizens scatter like mice when the bullies show up!
Jeff it's great to hear from you brother and for all the haters out there they can hate but to you personally I say thank you because you lit a fire that is spread like wildfire and people are waking up because of your actions and always taking the high road is something that is not easy to do. You my friend are the original and you got balls of steel thank you again for all that you do and have done and thank you again for opening my eyes.
Another addition to the FUSION center, Jeff Gray ! I think you're on the top of the list now. "I'm not touching your car, I'm just running your plate."
Great audit, Jeff! I just started watching your channel a few months ago, so it is fun to find some oldies but goodies. I love how you tell them that THEY are suspicious and that maybe they have something to hide.
Love that you telling THEM they're acting suspicious and asking THEM if they've anything to hide😉 You manage to fuck these people off while being intelligent reasonable, informed and polite and often offering your business card and shaking hands! They absolutely fucking hate that and hate you and hate your camera. You ARE the best 👏
A police officer can run anyone’s tag for any reason. There is no seizure. Most large agencies have automatic tag readers on traffic enforcement vehicles. It checks if car is stolen, if registered owner has a valid license and if registered owner has an outstanding warrant. All of this is completed in about 15 seconds.
Thank you!! I look for you every time I log on. your work makes me hopeful and still shocks me. The off hand manner in which the police, in this matter and when you were arrested for protesting outside the school, treated you is criminal. Also will go unpunished in any meaningful way. Bless you and your family.
TheBooban It's against the 'user agreement' the department signed with the state for the use of the radio equipment/program/software. It states the punishment/fines for misuse of the system. Running a tag without probable cause falls into that category of misuse of the system. No different than running a tag on a blonde driving a red BMW convertible, just because you'd like to know her name, address and age.
Alright, I get that. But they never get sued for it. Auditors and cameras have changed so much abuse that was previously routine. Not this though. Not yet. Unfortunate.
So no more you don't need my name business or the silent treatment.. I like it... Let them have full disclosure then when they have no excuse to call him suspicious you slam them with why are you acting suspicious!!! Love it. I have always felt that stand there and say nothing routine was suspicious in itself and gave the cops alot of reasonable access to find out who you are which often included handcuffs and a stint in a police car and it was often justified.
Not just one but an entire group of Panama City police officers, including a captain no less, Captain Marksmith of the Panama City Police, Florida, who don't know the difference between plain old suspicion vs Reasonable Articulable Suspicion (RAS), even when knowledge of this distinction is required for these officers to perform some of their most basic job duties. It certainly bears investigating how one can achieve the rank of Captain in the Panama City Police Department when one lacks such profoundly basic legal knowledge, let alone how one could even be hired as an officer in the first place when lacking such basic legal knowledge. Clearly, there are serious problems within this department. Lastly, there is some debate in the comments as to whether RAS is required by law enforcement before they can run a person's tags in Florida. Hopefully, someone can shed some definitive light on this matter. If RAS is indeed required in order to run someone's tags in Florida then these officers committed an infraction right in the video. Regardless, Captain Marksmith and his colleagues at the Panama City Police Department all but certainly have an extensive history of other infractions because they don't know what Reasonable Articulable Suspicion actually means, and incorrectly believe that it is a far lower standard than what it actually is.
Hey thanks for that man I've been thinking about doing some of my own audits down here in Panama City Florida the Wingnut radio waving a hand & tipping my 🎩 to you. Just north of that in Lynnhaven is another point, they need to be addressed ever since hurricane Michael things have gotten a little different, 5 G is now coming to Panama City do your research on that, doesn't look good for us unless we the people stand
Jeff, You know, in the custom car/truck circles, a kit is made that will hide your license plate with a flip of a switch. You can wire it to hide when you shut the ignition off, or wire it to a switch to hide at your choice. Now we all know that it's illegal to cruise down the road with no plate, but I don't think the law addresses a parked car with no tag........you'll have to check your local laws. VIN number, easy fix, put some papers, like junk mail on your dash that covers the VIN plate. Not illegal at all, especially since at the moment you aren't even driving and the vehicle is legally parked. Key fob......if you suspect LEO interaction, leave the the key/fob inside the car, out of sight, when you get out and lock the door. Cops have been known to take keys without legal authority to get inside someone's car. No key, no entry, they vary rarely will go as far as breaking in without a warrant. Don't have a spare key on you unless you have a unique hiding place. Years ago, belts were made with a zippered compartment to hide cash, that would work, or inside of a shoe under the lining, or a slice in the tongue of the shoe to slip in a single door key. Or, the old standard, one of those magnetic key boxes. Hide it in a place under the car that you can easily get to, but can't be seen by someone bending down to look. Also, don't depend on the magnet 100%. Rough roads have been known to knock them off. Wrap a couple turns of duct tape, or a zip tie over it. Finally, once the cops walk off, don't immediately get your key and leave. Chances are they are still watching. If you act to quickly, they may send a cruiser to pull you over and claim they smell dope. You have to out smart them at their own game!
Hi Jeff, I love what you do, I'm a big fan. Out of all the 1st amendment auditors, I like your style the best. You keep a very calm demeanor, no matter who it is your talking to. If anyone is going to escalate the situation, it's going to be the LEOs. If I could make a suggestion, it would be to use the police officer's line of questioning against them, as you did in this video. Telling them that they seem suspicious, and asking them if they have anything to hide works so well for you, especially because of your calm tone and demeanor. You can tell they are not accustomed to answering questions like that from the public, and it clearly throws them off. It's quite funny to watch. Remember, the person asking the questions is the one who is controlling the conversation.
Good job Jeff for exposing these criminal. When they walk away they where acting like if they win but in fact thousand of people, even family and friend just witness corruption at is best that not even include other country that just saw these clown. from canada.
“I have a lot to hide” . That’s the most honest statement I’ve heard coming from a cop
"Have a nice day, you are free to go." I love that last little kick in the balls. You are the man Jeff.
That's the best "You're free to go" from any auditor. Perfect timing.
Excellent!👍
That cop in the gray shirt is mother-in-law level nosey.
The body language and fidgeting these officers display makes me think they are nervous about what videotapes of them at work might reveal.
I would agree.
Agreed, the way he kept flipping and flicking the business card.
M C i saw this too lmao
ngood observation
M C Actually looking into some ones car in plain view would not constitute a search worthy of 4th amendment protection.
Window was down and he could have reached in for something or worse planted something inside to incriminate Jeff.
I like the part where you explain what you're doing there and they immediately ask you what you're doing there.
leo tactics
Police are never listening with the intention to better understand something.
It's a Glitch in their programming.
Never known a pig to be smart!
I want to know what answer would be "the proper answer". There doesnt seem to be one. LOL They ask, he answers, they ask again, he answers again, repeat, repeat.
Jeff, you found the crooks !
Zionism and authoritarianism will be the death of America.
The guy on the left got a kick out of you allowing them to be free to go. So did I.
Theresa R 9
What did he say at 3:20? I've tried a few times and can't make out what he said.
J. W. He said I recognize him.
Cop: “Do you like taking pictures of children?”
You: “only those with a badge and a gun”
Seems leos aren't learning, of course they have lots to hide.
these assholes are higher-ups, not beat leos, they have no contact with the citizenry, except to try and intimidate
Respects & gratitude to you, Sir. You started a movement that is critical to the survival of our Constitution.
Much Respect, First Investigation I ever truly comprehended I watch on your channel sir, thank you
They always play the filming children card when they know that they are overreacting and no laws are being broken. It's almost as if they are trying to convince themselves that the law abiding citizen they are harassing is a bad person. Good to see you back Jeff.
GunnyUKsarge why would they be in the car park anyway?! Not a good place to play is it.
most kids are molested by people they know, next time ask them if they know the kids
Why does anyone pretend children are some protected class of people that shouldn’t be filmed? Didn’t uvalde have cameras in the school? But that’s different?
That’s EXACTLY what they are doing. Whenever you hear adults telling you it’s about the children, it isn’t.
"You like filming children?"
"Are you admitting to being a child?"
Tag number is not going to tell them anything about the purpose that Jeff already disclosed.
no it's just to intimidate
I wish that I could buy PINAC bumper stickers for my car/s. Keep up your great work Jeff. I wish you the very best brother.
slhines7
Then any cop who knows what pinac is would see your bumper sticker and pull you over for dark windows or no blinker just to ticket you
I’m glad you decided to rerun your old work I appreciate it when you started I didn’t know anything about it until my boy’s told me thanks I appreciate you
Glad your back. You are one of the best. - "We don't care if we don't have RAS, we can run your tag any time we want."

@101327 You're a cop. Cop are so stupid. So obvious. Quota cop too, no doubt. That means at least an 80 IQ ROUNDED UP by the nearest 20.
Thugs, thanks for this it's so good to see you and teach us how to do this properly!
"Do you like taking pictures of children?" ....what a TYRANT!
Well, lots of cops seem to have the emotional maturity of children. Is that what they mean?
@@MonkeyJedi99 Exactly ! I don't like taking pictures of kids, but I like taking pictures of police officers acting like kids, there's a difference
Another excellent audit, and complete with footage from your car? You’re a pro man! Quality stuff
Very professional. The cops should emulate you.
The captain needs his mother to dress him. He can't even button his shirt.
the great disconnect is apparent
I agree with luck flawers as soon as seen your update had to watch
That was the best. I love the way you flipped that suspicious shit on them.. Lol . great video
i like the term Civil Rights Investigations over 1st amendment audit
100% agree
Policing the police ** gj
Woo! I miss these. Also did he say he recognized you?
yep

Glad to see you back doing audits. Love your style.

You make this seem so easy. Like taking candy from a baby.

I concur, "You're free to go," is precious.
Love how the cop tries to throw children in there. You handled them well throwing their crap right back at them. "You're free to go." I died.
Jeff it's great to hear from you brother and for all the haters out there they can hate but to you personally I say thank you because you lit a fire that is spread like wildfire and people are waking up because of your actions and always taking the high road is something that is not easy to do. Thanks for your work. Love it! Subbed!

Oh my..you hit the monster on one of it's great big ol heads! THANKS 💙
I like your style. You don't take any s--t. A big thumbs Up. I just subscribed!
Funny how they want to flip the script when they know they are wrong. Great job, looking forward to seeing more of your work!
Very successful, when you keep asking them questions and answering with a question, you really throw them off guard. Good job.
Love your work
The original and still the best.
OMG !!!! Amazing video brother... great Audit bro awesome job great job 🤘🤘🤘
I love the part where Jeff tells them they are free to go. Lol. It seemed like it that one guy got a little aggravated by that.
R cops getting dumber by the day.. Good vid.👍
sure seems this way.
Another addition to the FUSION center, Jeff Gray ! I think you're on the top of the list now. "I'm not touching your car, I'm just running your plate."
Great job! New sub looking forward to watching your audits! NNH sent me.
Boy the look on their face when u told them they look suspicious and if they have any to hide was priceless
I just came from News Now Houston's link to this video, and I subscribed.
Thank you and thank you Dave.
Great audit, Jeff! I just started watching your channel a few months ago, so it is fun to find some oldies but goodies. I love how you tell them that THEY are suspicious and that maybe they have something to hide.
Love that you telling THEM they're acting suspicious and asking THEM if they've anything to hide😉

Found ur channel from NNH. Great video.
Very good video! Good job turning it right back around on them. They seem like they have something to hide.
Thank you!! I look for you every time I log on. your work makes me hopeful and still shocks me. The off hand manner in which the police, in this matter and when you were arrested for protesting outside the school, treated you is criminal. Also will go unpunished in any meaningful way. Is it legal or illegal for them to run tag number for photography? It its illegal, why are they never sued for it?
TheBooban It's against the 'user agreement' the department signed with the state for the use of the radio equipment/program/software. It states the punishment/fines for misuse of the system. Running a tag without probable cause falls into that category of misuse of the system. No different than running a tag on a blonde driving a red BMW convertible, just because you'd like to know her name, address and age.
Then why do they never get in trouble for it?
TheBooban A good explanation begins at 2:42 in this video:
ruclips.net/video/tFJJ-klEiOw/видео.html
Alright, I get that. But they never get sued for it. Auditors and cameras have changed so much abuse that was previously routine. Not this though. Not yet. Unfortunate.
L F Obviously, it's apparant you've never read the 'user agreement' of their computer program software / and the FDLE.
That's a great tactic, use their own bullshit against them. Turn it around and question them. One of the best videos I have ever seen.
awesome job HYO
