I found out about my diabetis about a year ago. it all started with pneumonia. after 1 month of treating pneumonia, floaters in my eye started to show (diabetic retinopathy). I ignore the signs, thought those ants in the bowl are signs of rain is about to come ha ha. Dry mouth and always thirsty, though I thought it's all because my throat is itchy and drinking water clear my throat. I may have the high blood sugar years ago and suddenly shows and everything follows that quick.

Doctor. I started taking barberine , only 500 mg a day, by night i checked mu sugar level, instead of the usual 110 it was 82. I got scared. Whats going on? Only one day result was -30 points. Seems weird , pls let me know!

Before I was diagnosed with T2, I had such dry mouth and teeth issues and didn’t know why!

Berberine lowers blood sugar. Do research on it.
