Hey everyone! I was diagnosed with stage 5 kidney disease and felt like I was running out of options. But after watching videos like this and doing my research, I decided to try hibiscus tea, drink plenty of water, and incorporate light exercises into my daily routine. It's been a few months, and I just got the news that my kidney disease has improved to stage 2! I can't express how grateful and hopeful I feel. If you're struggling, don't lose faith. Natural remedies and lifestyle changes can truly make a difference. Keep believing and stay consistent!

As someone who has battled both diabetes and chronic kidney disease for years, finding ways to manage both has been challenging. However, incorporating turmeric and ginger tea into my routine has brought significant improvements. My fasting blood sugar levels have dropped from 150 mg/dL to 110 mg/dL, and my creatinine levels have decreased from 2.5 mg/dL to 1.8 mg/dL. The anti-inflammatory properties of these spices are incredible. For anyone dealing with similar issues, I highly recommend giving this tea a try. The numbers don't lie, and the benefits are real!

I have lived 35 years in the United States, another 35 years in Japan, and I can say with absolute certainty that the number one reason why more Americans shy away from tea is the dreadful, poor quality of tea that is sold in the U.S. Tea is a perishable product, the same as any other plant or vegetable and needs to be fresh. Once you have access to good, locally grown tea, you will be absolutely amazed at how good it tastes, and how refreshing it is. When I travel to the U.S. I always lament not having good tea. Even the kind of tea that is served at the best places in America doesn't begin to compare with tea grown locally.

I have stage 2 kidney disease (mild), due to sickle cell trait. All glory to God - my protein/creatinine levels were lowered down to normal level, by staying well hydrated, and cutting back on animal protein intake. I also drink daily, at least 2 cups of ginger tea, and 2 cups of dandelion tea. I have an appointment with my nephrologist later today and I'm curious to hear what he says about the results .

For over a year, my husband struggled with high blood pressure and poor kidney function, which was both frightening and frustrating. Living at 123 Maple Street, he felt increasingly desperate. At 45 years old, he decided to incorporate hibiscus tea into his daily routine. Remarkably, he started to see real improvements. His blood pressure stabilized, and his creatinine levels went from 3.1 to 2.6 mg/dL. This tea, rich in antioxidants, has helped him regain control over his kidney health. Thanks for listening, God bless you.

That's fantastic progress with your kidney function! Plant-based diets can indeed be beneficial for kidney health, providing essential nutrients and potentially reducing stress on the kidneys. Hibiscus tea and dandelion tea are great additions, known for their potential benefits for kidney function. Green tea, peppermint tea, turmeric, and ginger are also excellent choices due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. It's crucial to continue monitoring your kidney function with your healthcare provider and maintaining a balanced diet tailored to your needs. Have you noticed any other improvements or changes since incorporating these teas into your routine?

If your hypertension is due to veins/arteries blocked by calcium (as mine were), vitamin K2 is the answer. My BP went from 175 to 130 in two months, with only one pill of vitamin K2 a day.
