I have kidney disease day stage ,4 .( Acute renal failure Doctors said my creatine is 3 times over the limit ,how to reduce the creatine in my body? I keep on low protein than I got anemia trying to keep my HBP in control ,eating right( no sodium or greasy ,fried food,trying to keep the sugar intake ( only fructose from organic fruits) still have a Disney( type 2) even hypoglicia sometimes(low blood sugar and low blood pressure and start to feel dizzy and weak.i don't drink or smoke .My own opinion reach to the point that all these is from toxins ( Hevy metals and pesticides are the tooth of everything and HBP and diabetes that ruin my kidneys.Now I live with one kidney functioning only and the other barely, sometimes the urine is so dark and cloudy that skates me ,plus I have no capability to hold the urine more than 4 hours,at least one or twice at night I have to go to the bathroom.No matter that I don't consume sodium I feel my mouth salty most of the time,I drink plenty of liquids,at night always have 2 bottles of water.Why ? How to lower creatine? I need detox as well.How to decide my body being PH positive instead acidic,doctors don't explain those things,I read to educate myself,Also I think my body somehow makes the sodium,or they put me on IV with sodium for too long time in the hospital ( about 2 months) One doctor said to stop IV the next one to be on the next day ,I had 12 doctors consulti,but they aren't communicate between them and we're giving me opposite opinions,I should study alone and study my body reaction,A and B blockers for HBP hurting the kidneys and when I refuse to take them ,they are getting upset,5 years I have neuropathy on the feet,they prescribe Gabapentin and I am I have a nausea from the Gabapentin and grow up,I stopped to take it ,so I am in pain especially at night,my PCP doesnt address this issue as is not so important or hurtful,just talking about a dieting,I am 5.5 and 120 lbp.I keep dieting ,don't eat protein or only chicken ,fish or peanut butter, where this protein and salt are coming?Never eaten processed food enriches with salt to keep my digesto system clean I was nigh fiber food ,what else I should do??About HBP, diabetes and high creatine? Maybe should stop to eat at all.😮😮😮😮😮😮😮
