Green tea, plums and prunes, parsley are the best friends of the kidney. I tried them all and noticed a big improvement in the functioning of the kidneys, particularly when I don't drink my daily minimum of water.

@@PureNutrition101 I'm mindful of my diet and I started using a terra cotta pot in which I let my water steep and soak in all the necessary minerals that improve the absorption of water at a cellular level and therefore the kidneys do not get overworked . I always thought of water as plain water, until I read about "dead water" (particularly bottled water) which lacks a lot of minerals that are necessary for the absorption, a problem solved by the terra cotta pot.

I have to tell you, I never got an explanation for taking bicarbonate soda from my doctor. I asked him, also I said I don't see results. His answer was "we see it in your test." That's all I got. Thank you for this; it all made sense to me. And will try what you've recommended and info from your other vids. I hope you don't mind, but I'd like to suggest to my fellow CKD'ers. I take " Pure Premium" Kidney support and as for myself. It has made a difference. Better urine flow, no constipation, as long as I don't eat anything to cause it. Also I haven't had any real pain in my kidneys for a while. That's the one I'm Happy about. This is only a suggestion. My changes started within a month. My doctor says there have been no changes, but my body says otherwise. Thank You

I found the supplement by hit or miss. I didn't like feeling lousy while taking a medication that was supposed to be helping me. I still take my bicarbonate every day , more so now that I know why. I read reviews, about ingredients and some effects and side effects. It took awhile. One day I realized my kidneys don't hurt. My urine flow was stronger, and it wasn't a challenge to take a dump. I had been using OTC things to help with the constipation but it was still work. It's been awhile but that's pretty much how it went. The pain was gone first, that I know for sure 😊. There are things that I have on and off worked on changing, since I began taking pure premium, like what I eat and other herbs, teas and supplements that I'm hoping will further my healing. Dialysis is a curse word and I don't want to hear it.

A big reason my test improved was cutting back on red meat. I use 1/2 tsp each day baking soda.Put it in my coffee. This saves kidneys having to work so hard. Sodium Bicarbonate is only 1/3 salt.

I pray your son gets the best help. Watch some videos about niacin with the flush at 500mg and aids kidney disease. I know there’s been some bad press on niacin but some doctors said it’s a conspiracy when analysing the data which was biased done on people using statins. I noticed foam in my iron, my sides were hurrying really bad and my number two slowed down, finding it hard to go. I drank lots of green, rooibos, hibiscus, oregano tea, reinstated niacin (vit B3 NB: with flush), started doing keto and only a small window of eating from 2pm-6pm (4 hours) rest of hours intermittent fasting. The foam has gone right down and the pain in my back. What I eat - lots of organic eggs with Ghee butter, turmeric, cayenne and BPepper, activated walnuts (Amazon), lots of kale spinach, huge amounts of onions, mackerel fish (tinned), bio yogurt (with cultures, although proper kefir with little sugar is better), mixture of nuts and seeds, chia, flax, apples, banana (just half a day whilst on keto). You probably know all this. You must be going through hell. I pray for your son and you. You might want to consider him doing a dry fast for one day a week which is equivalent to three day water fast advised by Dr Eric Berg. The fasting will give the kidneys a rest from filtering and when autophagy sets in it starts to heal the cells at the cellular level. Many that has reversed kidney damage has all incorporated fasting. I’m doing a dry fast tomorrow, then after another half day with just water once a week. I’m hoping that will help. Him being just 13 I hope he has the discipline for any help you try for him. All the best of luck

i was watching this and it went everywhere except how to simply use it. Did not need a history lesson on how a kidney works, i wanted to see if i simply sprinkled this in my food? what food. i was looking for what your title pretends this video is about. actually gave it a thumbs down and left it. I will search and look for a story on this subject that is not about miling the clock with history and other bs info.

I apologize for missing the mark on the information you were seeking. To clarify, this substance can be sprinkled on various foods like salads, soups, or even pasta dishes. It's versatile and adds a savory, umami flavor. Have you tried incorporating it into your meals before? What kind of dishes do you typically enjoy seasoning?

Picot packets are yummy. Baking soda cure and bubbles. Take one morning and night.
