Hey! I'm having issues with further muscle growth. I used to lift heavy weights at the gym earlier; but then I ended up hurting my left shoulder during an inclined dumbbell benching set. Ever since I've had issues lifting weights; though calisthenics are perfectly alright for me. But I can't seem to add more mass on the legs through bodyweight exercises anymore. What do you suggest I do?
+Udayan Mukherjee You're probably going to need more resistance !! you could advance the leg workouts you do , some single leg stuff , pistol squats etc or even add in some resistance bands , always helpful for adding some resistance
***** You may want to start by picking 4 of the exercises. Try around 8 reps of each exercise for around 4 sets and take 30 seconds to a minute rest between sets to get you started and work your way up from there
norathorr Yes indeed, pistol squats are a more advanced technique. I will be also doing a top 10 advanced technique video just like this one in due course. But these excursuses will certainly help you build your leg strength up to be able to do a pistol squat Grant
