Organic produce/dairy and clean meats have been my mantra for decades. Suddenly I won't eat cows. pigs or poultry. Menopause or spiritual awakening, I'm not sure. Sea food still appeals to me but we have to limit that because of environmental toxins. I am 62 years old and I recently said to a good friend, I don't know how to cook/eat anymore. I'm downloading her books and making my new grocery lists. I'm sure the people that I love and cook for will enjoy and be inspired as I am. Gratitude.

That chicken pattie meal 😢 girl. I made it and it was DELICIOUS and so healthy. I’ve been having gut problems lately so I’m currently on a detox and this recipe fit perfectly into my diet change. I just used dairy free and gluten free products but wow. Amazing🎉 thanks for sharing

If anyone is wondering why they should buy the books, I would say that the books help with quantities of ingredients, also there are extras like what to keep stocked in your pantry. very helpful... Tish would you consider creating a few more beef recipes? I have low iron so we are eating beef twice a month. Would love some of your ideas on how to cook it. thanks for all your efforts.
I made the third meal, over cook the potatoes a little but still chow down, it was a different type of meal, I really took your word and advice I took my time and taste the meal and it was really good. I really do like it. I woke up 5 o’clock in the morning to make it for my lunch and it was great. I woke up the next morning and had the patty with the wild garlic and garden peas for breakfast. I still have some leftover. It will be done by this weekend. It’s just a different type of vibe and I love it. By the way, I always buy almost every one of your e-books for the past three years.

I use to buy these here in South Africa the chicken patties you made but smaller like meat ball size then I add pinapple and tomatoe paste with tomatoe puree, sweet and sour sauce. Serve with brown rice
You’ve outdone yourself, really. Every time. I love the garlic herb pea dish because we never do anything with peas outside of boiling it. Also loving the potato salad with lentils and vinaigrette. The beets are just beautiful. And give me some of that salmon too! Just give me one of each. It’s all delish.
