That’s been one of my most favorite foods since childhood, and I ate a tuna salad sandwich every day of high school. Come to think of it, I probably ate them on the weekends, too!! They contain too much water and they will cool you down." So not what we want during the cold season. And the TCM- tradition in China, they are teaching the same. Makes sense to me.... I've never had it before so I'm not sure what it's supposed to taste like. You added lemon juice in the video but you don't say how much and the written instructions doesn't even list it as an ingredient. Also, a stupid question probably, but when you say 90g of flat leaf parsley, is that weighted with the stems? My 90g of parsley looks like heaps more than what you have in the video. 😅

I wouldn't have thought of combining them with haloumi as I saw in one of your other videos, so thanks for the idea.

heyy, just so you know there's a Canarian (an archipelago in Spain) sauce that is kind of similar to the one you make at the start of your video, it's called mojo verde (green "sauce") and there is also the other mojo which includes bell pepper and it's called mojo rojo which is usually spicy as well. Hope u find this interesting!
