Yummm indeed! ALL the dishes looked gorgeous and mouthwateringly delicious! Different elements in the bowl are calling my name! I wish I can combine all three! 😅 In the first bowl, I love the butter beans with pesto. The halloumi looked great too, the second bowl I loved the cilantro rice, charred corn, and sauteéd cherry tomatoes, the third bowl with the couscous and chickpea salad, the muhammara.

Ohsawa suggests once done to transmutation (7 years) one should go back to your culture and upgrade your recipes there. I been balling ever since😁 Me, with a jamaican faddah and a northern blk american mommy the journey is splendid. Didnt miss the nightshades but if included have noticed they keep me up. I use curries prolly a lil more but grain centered is the main diff. Plus, miso, tamari, celtic sea salts fermented foods, gomasio (table salt). Minerals are so key to nourishment. Snice to be able to tellya. And rave over your awsm and pretty bowls. Try aduki beans. Delish. They luv ginger, and blk cumin. And they clear the kidneys. Great medicinal bean. Yaaas. Luv your work!
